Alex and Team are superior professionals in every aspect of their operations. At the initial inspection/assessment, they went in-depth, offered alternative approaches, and saw areas for remediation that I had overlooked. In short, they provided the consulting expertise to frame the project. Within a few days, they presented a detailed job estimate, allowing us to see scope and pricing. As for the execution of the job - new membrane product for 2nd and 3rd level flat roofs as well as gutter improvement - it reflected the highest expertise and thoughtful attention to the quality and completness of the work. On a return visit, they further elevated the outcome with some final adjustments. Pricing was exactly as estimated. Alex and Team are an exception in a world of contractors who seem to have shifted to inflated pricing and quick 'in and out' without quality or customer happiness considered. Alex and Team are 10 of 10 in every category or dimension of service delivery you might measure. And communications were responsive and consistent. I just wish these guys covered all aspects of home maintenance vs roofing/gutters and siding, as they would be the immediate go-to for all our needs. That said, they they know their lane/zone, and are best in class within that lane. What a pleasure to have these guys work their magic.

I've worked with ETR Construction for 10+ years, and they are my go-to for all roofing, siding, and exterior jobs. We have worked together on hundreds of rentals, as well as many personal homes, and they always do top quality work. I have recommended ETR to many people over the years, and everyone has a great experience with them. ETR is honest, professional, fair, and punctual. If you need any work done at your property, ETR Construction is the company to go with.

This was our second addition and we called one roofing contractor because ETR did a great job on our first addition. Fair pricing and a quality job. Certainly would recommend ETR for roofing and siding work. The Smith Family

I would HIGHLY recommend. Shortly after contacting Alex he stopped by and we discussed the scope of what I needed. He gave me a quote later that night. The crew arrived promptly and efficiently worked on the windows I needed repaired. I had mentioned that I was unsure what else needed new coverings on several things and they repaired my doorframe as well. Everything looks spectacularly fixed and was well worth the quote I was given. I will absolutely use them again if needed.
