They charged $400 to put back up 3 small pieces of siding. Part of the problem was a miscommunication between my wife and I about how much they had quoted. However there's no excuse for charging that much for so little work. Also they only …

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience involving one of Enterprise Roofing Company’s drivers. Their employee hit my vehicle less than 30 days after I purchased it. At the scene, the driver admitted fault, apologized repeatedly, and assured me the company would take care of the damages because they were “fully insured.” He also discouraged calling the police, which I regret listening to. Since the accident, I’ve felt completely unsupported by the company. Despite the driver initially accepting responsibility, I now feel they’ve chosen to protect their employee instead of doing the right thing. As a 24-year-old single mom who had never been in an accident before, this situation has been financially and emotionally overwhelming for both me and my passenger. I’m now paying out of pocket for damages to a brand-new car for an accident that was not my fault, while still dealing with the trauma of the accident. I expected accountability, professionalism, and compassion from a company with such a long history, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. I am continuing to explore my options to recover the costs associated with the damages

Charlie Jobe in our office had a fender bender with this driver at the Perry St exit on SR 35 E - very tricky intersection. They did rub their two vehicles together. The other driver stated she did not have valid insurance at the time of the incidence, but was able to provide policy information from Progressive. Enterprise shared our insurance with the other drive along with Driver ID. We always encourage a police report for any issue involving an accident, however many cities will not send a unit out for a non-injury accident. We have turned this accident information into our insurance company, Westfield Insurance. Our insurance company has talked to our driver twice and recorded information no job. We have not received any calls from the other driver, but encourage them to contact their insurance company or ours for remedy. Enterprise will adhere to all requests, rules and payments that our insurance company asks for.

Mr. DiFalco, We are very sorry to hear that you feel you had an unpleasant experience. We were in contact with Planning Alternatives Property Management with scheduling for work to be completed. The work had been postponed due to rain and when we were told it was available to be done by PA we were there to do the job in a timely safe manner. We actually never entered the home on Monday or when the other two skylights were installed, as it is not a necessity in order to install the skylights. We were are able to replace the skylights from the outside while replacing the roof. We had planned to split the work because of more rain but it held off and we were able to complete the replacement of the roof and skylights all at once while you were not home. This is the first you have mentioned to us about a crack in the skylight. If you get in touch with your property manager they will get in contact with us in order to take a look at it.

We are thankful we only run into a client like this every 10-20 years, or else we would be like the other 95% of roofing contractors that last an average of 4 years, not closing in on 100 years of service. Enterprise has included our contract, invoice with customer service credit included, job completion checklist (by superintendent), third punch list reviewed by both Ethan and the owner of the company, warranty, and photos showing issues addressed and the final job from the link below. All work was completed as per agreement, but Ethan always found small, inconsequential issues after each review. After first full payment not clearing – and Ethan delaying the full payment for another 2 months, Enterprise demanded payment in full. Thankfully, Ethan paid in full and our warranty could be in full effect. We are sorry that Ethan gave us a poor review, but we are happy that the roof has always performed as intended and will last for years to come. Enterprise did not work on gutters, fascia cover, or fascia wood. Would NOT recommend this company! Needed an estimate, called in June 2018, receptionist very cordial, passed information to Todd who was either not in, would not get back to me, or waiting on his supplier to give him quote. Continued every week to call, finally gave up in August!

Received the flyer that I have always received in the mail and called to get my gutters cleaned approximately a month to a month and a half ago, my gutters still have not been cleaned. I have used this company for the last 4-6 years, I now have a new company that is extremely efficient and values me as a customer.

Excellent experience from quote to finished roof. Micah Otto was informative, professional, available and timely in handling all aspects of the job. The crew worked tirelessly over 2/12 days to get the job completed. Roof looks great. Yard and surrounding areas were free of debris. Also, the admin staff (Ashlee Smith) was a joy to deal with. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Enterprise Roofing by my brother who had a roof installed by The Enterprise Roofing Company a few years ago. My brother is very hard to satisfy, so when he told me Enterprise Roofing did a very good job installing his roof, I was confident my new roof installation was in good hands. Another reason I picked Enterprise is because they are contracted to do commercial/industrial roofing solutions on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. They actually roofed the very large security complex I worked in. They have to be highly vetted to get that contract work meaning they have proved themself by previous superior performance time after time. Our roof was scheduled for installation on July 20, 2026 at 7AM. The foreman and crew showed up a few minutes early so they could start on time. There were probably six roofers working on my house. They were very respectful regarding my property ever step of the way. I interacted with most of the workers and observed their respect for my property, were very methodical, and very skilled at what they do daily. They laid out and installed everything very neatly which gave me confidence in the performance of the roof install into the future. My Enterprise Roofing salesman Roy gave me a very competitive price and was very responsive to all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Roy “took care of me” by fixing a few things that came up during the job at no additional charger which no other company would do without billing me more. The job foreman Manny made sure everything was organized before the work started and checked in with me throughout the day and made sure of my satisfaction before the crew left. I would recommend Enterprise Roofing to friends and family without hesitation. A very good experience!

After Dayton, Ohio Enterprise put on my roof 10 years ago...(the shingles still have another 10 good years)...I was able to call and ask them some inspection questions (since I am now selling my house). I directed the questions to Stefan N-Pres. Dayton, Ohio Branch...mind you this is 10 years later now...and Stefan N was a huge help in answering/clarifying my inspection questions for me. Now that is real customer service...I would say...esp 10 years later!!! Wow, I am impressed...thank you Stefan!!!!

Own a historic home in Dayton or the Miami Valley? Replacing the roof doesn’t have to mean losing the character that makes your home unique. At Enterprise Roofing, we approach historic roof repair and replacement with preservation in mind. Before recommending a full replacement, we look at the roof’s original shape, dormers, chimneys, flashing, seam spacing, slate or tile patterns, and other architectural details that help define the home. Whenever possible, repairing and preserving original roofing materials is the first choice. If replacement is necessary, materials should closely match the original roof in color, texture, size, design and overall appearance. Historic homeowners should also check local preservation requirements before making visible changes, particularly when working with slate, clay tile, wood or architectural metal roofing.
