I chose this installer over several others because the owner, Tony, seemed genuine and trustworthy during our initial meeting. Given their high ratings, I was surprised by how this project actually went; it was a significant departure from …

Kurt, thank you for sharing your feedback — the safety of your family is something we take seriously, and we want to address your concerns directly. The installation method you referenced from your research produces a vertical shingle pattern. What's on your roof is diagonal — consistent with standard industry practices and GAF specifications. This is well-documented: our full-time on-site supervisor captured 653 photos throughout your project, and we're confident the installation reflects proper workmanship. The nail cleanup is a different matter, and we own it. We completed multiple post-job sweeps that clearly weren't thorough enough. That caused unnecessary stress for you and your children, and we're sorry — it doesn't meet our standards or the guarantee we stand behind. We'd welcome the opportunity to walk you through the documentation and inspect the roof together. We're committed to addressing any legitimate workmanship concerns through the right process and making sure you feel confident in the work we did. Please call us at 904-357-0722 — we'd like to resolve this with you directly.

Another great job by Endless Summer. Detailed inspection with pictures, efficient repair plan, scheduling and completion as promised. Added benefit is that Brian connected me with GAF who extended a warranty on a home just recently purchased. Great to connect with an honest, reputable roofer - highly recommend Endless Summer for any job - big or small.

CJ, Caleb and the whole Endless Summer Roofing team will be thrilled to hear about how you feel. You pointed out so many parts of the roof we work on - crickets, pipe boots, rotten wood, flashing, these parts are just as important as the shingles we install. We pride ourselves on excellence in communication and exceptional workmanship quality. It has been a pleasure working with you, thank you for your kind words. -The team at Endless Summer Roofing Co

After receiving a difficult time with my previous roofer, I decided to go out to the GAF websites to look for a certified contractor. I was familiar with their name from the Mandarin Museum email distribution, so I knew they were local. It’s always nerve racking looking for a contractor, but I am so happy I called. Tony and his team are very easy to work with from the initial call until the job was completed. I had a skylight removed and a bath vent put in through my roof. The pricing is reasonable and quality of work was excellent. The roofer was friendly and worked efficiently. You would never have known that there was a skylight there. Thank you so much for making the whole process easy.

In Northeast Florida we have gotten a bad storm or two! While it's still bright and sunny out, take a moment to do the items on this checklist so you have "Pre-Storm" data ready and waiting in the event we do get a big one! 1. Roof Surface - Check for missing, cracked, or curling shingles - Look for exposed nail heads or lifted shingle edges - Inspect metal roofing for loose panels or rust spots - Check tile roofs for cracked, slipped, or missing tiles 2. Flashing & Seals - Inspect flashing around chimneys, vents, and skylights for gaps or rust - Check pipe boots/vent seals for cracking or dry rot - Look for caulking that's peeling or missing around roof penetrations 3. Gutters & Drainage - Clear gutters and downspouts of leaves, debris, and nests - Ensure downspouts direct water away from the foundation - Check for sagging gutters or loose brackets - Confirm no standing water is pooling on flat or low-slope sections 4. Attic Check - Look for water stains, mold, or damp insulation - Check for daylight coming through the roof deck 5. Trees & Surrounding Hazards - Trim overhanging branches near the roofline - Remove dead or weak limbs that could snap in high winds - Clear debris piles near the home that could become projectiles 6. Roof Age & Documentation - Note the age of your roof - Photograph current roof condition for insurance records 7. Professional Inspection - Schedule a licensed roofer inspection annually and before hurricane seasonJul 21, 2026
