  0 stars if it was possible. I left a review a couple weeks ago and it looked good at first. A couple weeks later the roof is leaking worse than before and is even starting to buckle where these guys “fixed” it. They came out 3 different times and charged me for each one to still not even resolve the issue. This place is a complete joke I would not waste your money. Let’s not mention the mess they made and the unprofessionalism of the employees

  Workers were fast and efficient. They did an excellent job in such a short time. I will highly recommend them in the future to anyone who has roofing needs. And Ricky was most helpful as well.

  I highly recommend ERS. Jabari and his crew were professional and were attentive to our needs. I am especially grateful because this was our first roof replacement, and he guided us through the - at times - arduous process. His colleague John was very courteous and reassuring on the build date. Go with ERS!

  I hired Emergency Roofing Solutions after learning my roof, which had been updated before I bought the house, was missing proper ventilation. I had been noticing issues early on, especially in the summer, condensation around my HVAC unit, poor airflow, and my system working much harder than it should to keep the house cool. Casey and Jacob were professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. They provided a quote not only for installing roof ventilation, but also for gutter guards, and communication was smooth from start to finish. What impressed me most was how quickly I noticed a difference. The same day the ventilation was installed, I could tell the air circulation in the house had improved. As temperatures rose, the house stayed cooler, and my HVAC did not have to run nearly as long to maintain the temperature. You can literally see the heat venting off the roof now. They were recommended to me by my realtor, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing services. They did a wonderful job with my home.
