Matt - we are so sorry to hear about the experience you had. We actually just saw this review from 2020 show up on our profile in 2024 - not sure why Google had not published it prior or we would have reached out sooner. That crew and salesperson are no longer with our team which we realize isn't much solace, but if there is anything we could do to rectify your situation or your experience still please just let us know.

Elite Roof and Solar, Andy Wohl in particular, were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They provide excellent customer service and provided me with honest feedback about the condition of my roof (both the good and the bad). I highly recommend them if you’re in need of a roof repair, inspection, or total replacement. Ask for Andy!
