Elite Roof and Solar has earned their reputation as a top quality operation. Great selection of colors. Fast installation. Heavy rain proved no problem for drainage. Major upgrade in home appearance. I highly recommend them to any homeowner.

Buying a home built in 2003 (and living in another state at the time) meant we knew a new roof was one of our first major projects, and we needed a roofing company we could trust in our absence. The original roof also had solar panels installed, so we wanted a roofing company that could handle a more complex job and that we could trust while we were living out of state. Marcus and the team at Elite Roof & Solar exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Marcus was proactive throughout the entire process, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we always knew what was happening. When rain was in the forecast, he quickly brought in additional crew members so they could remove the old roof and install the new one before the weather arrived. That level of planning and urgency gave us a lot of confidence. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the roof incredibly quickly without sacrificing quality. Since we weren't physically in North Carolina during the installation, trust was everything and Marcus earned it. One thing that especially stood out was the documentation. The drone photography was exceptional, and the written reports made it incredibly easy to provide proof of the new roof to our homeowners insurance company. That saved us time and made the insurance process much smoother. We did experience some challenges with the separate solar vendor, but those issues weren't with Elite Roof & Solar's roofing work. As a roofing company, we would absolutely hire Marcus and his team again without hesitation. Our parents are buying an older home in the Asheville area, and when it's time for them to replace their roof in a few years, Elite Roof & Solar will be the only company we'll recommend. If you're looking for a trustworthy roofing contractor in the Asheville area who communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and stands behind their work, Marcus and his team are an easy recommendati

We love our new roof! Marcus and his team were amazing. Marcus was very knowledgeable and explained all of our options thoroughly but without the pushy tactics of other companies. He followed up quickly on every question we had and the quote came in quickly. Once we approved the quote, the team was here in 2 days and the roof was finished in one day. We've never had a housing project move so quickly and easily. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I just had my roof replaced with Elite Roof and Solar, and the whole process was outstanding. Marcus was my project leader, and he kept me informed every step of the way. The guys even went above and beyond to roof a small shed that a handyman had put up. I highly recommend them.

From the first inspection after a significant hail storm to working with our insurance company to scheduling to the actual roof replacement and the warranty provided, we could not have asked for a better experience. Communication was excellent; personnel respectful and knowledgable; roof technicians skilled and efficient. Highly recommend!

Gutters don't get much attention until they're causing problems, but they're one of the most important parts of your home's water management system. In the latest episode of This Old Roof, Elite Roof and Solar explains what really happens when gutters fail, and why the damage often shows up far below the roofline, in your foundation and crawlspace. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PIfSRHRkNg 16 hours ago
