  I called and scheduled a site visit with El Paso roofing to provide a proposal for roof repairs and they never showed up. I will not be using them again.

  Called twice to confirm someone would come to my home for estimate on roofing repairs , both times they assured me the would come out , no call , no show .

  I called and my appointment was suppose to be at 9 am. And never showed up it is 11 am. They said they were coming and no show. Worst customer service.

  I called them over 4 days ago requesting a report & estimate on a roof. They continually lead me to believe that the report would be ready by the end of the day-every time I called. Isaac kept saying the report was on the way to my email for three days. They finally refused to answer my phone calls or emails. This is so unprofessional of them, I wasted so much time. All they had to say was that they were not interested or unable to handle the job & I would have gladly moved on. It makes me wonder if this is the type of work they provide? Never again El Paso Roofing company!

  Roofing. Had an estimate from Lee of 4,900 For back porch and two rooms. Eventhough it was 1,000 more than the last estimate. I told him i wanted to accept his proposal because of the great reviews. But wanted to verify that a particular section would be fixed before i did. He asked for pictures, because he was busy, which i sent. He did state to me that they had bigger jobs to work first before mine. Never responded after i sent pictures.10 days later still haven't heard from him. Oh well, found another company to do my work.

  These guys are legit! Started when they said they would, and completed the job perfectly in my opinion. The roof was done incorrectly before, and these guys did a great job redoing everything correctly. I'll trust them with all the rest of my properties when the time comes for replacements.

  Did a wonderful job on my roof! They were very timely in the fixes and cleaned up the space so well. My roof was dripping in an unsightly way, and they did a wonderful job fixing it! Definitely will be recommending to others.
