The only one or two-star review we hold for Echo Valley Roofing.

Did not follow through with providing an estimate. Said they would call and didn't. Person says they "forgot" and then expected me to allow them to show up at a time that was inconvenient for me. No apology. They said they had four other jobs that they were looking at which made it seem like I was such an inconvenience for them.

We are very pleased with our roof replacement. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, the work was completed professionally, and the crew did a great job. The price was fair and reasonable, and we are very satisfied with the final result. We would definitely recommend them.

Very Professional. I was recommended Echo Valley buy a friend who used them for their roof. They came out and did the estimate were very nice and professional. I ended up Contracting with a different company but they still thanked me for using someone local even though it wasn't them. Some other private contractors were not so receptive😕 I would highly recommend them!

We requested quotes from several contractors. Echo Valley Roofing was the only company that took a picture of the problem on our roof and sent it to us. They came in under all other quotes for the cost of any material that might need to be replaced and offered a lifetime, limited transferrable warranty. They arrived on time and finished earlier than scheduled. When my neighbors had their roof done, the mess those roofers left behind on my property was atrocious! Small and large debris were everywhere, so I was a little nervous about what I would come home to. My husband sent pictures to me throughout the day. They covered our flowers and small brick area that are against the house. At the end of the job, they cleaned up and used a leaf blower to go over everything. Now, we have grass around our home so, although they were thorough, there were little bits and pieces of roof that were stuck in the grass. Realistically, they cannot get every little piece. The clean up was fantastic. I was expecting to find a lot more debris, especially since it was a windy day. I picked up a couple of small handfuls of very brittle shingles and underlayment. I had to be careful because the pieces crumbled so easily, our roof was that bad. It’s only been two days and I’ve already recommended them to two of my coworkers. We are thrilled with their timeliness, efficiency, consideration, cleanliness, and workmanship! Highly recommend their services!!

We had a big job, and are very happy with the outcome. Crews came when promised, worked efficiently, and kept the place clean. We ended up with a huge dumpster of material from the old roof -- it was removed the day the job was done. Great communication throughout. Thanks.
