  Waited two hours for Joyland worker to arrive at the scheduled time for service to gutters, employee notified me by text he would arrive 30-45 minutes late. He never showed up to scheduled appointment. I contacted Joyland thinking their worker may have been involved in an accident, their employee stated he went to the wrong address, note that Joyland employee has all my contact information but never attempted any further contact.

  Made an appointment. However come appointment time no one shows up and when I call to ask I am not in their system at all. Very frustrating as I even made arrangements to have somebody be at the house at their request.

  sitting at the gas pumps at speedway on oregon pike near oregon dairy watching traffic to see an SUV come ripping thru the gas station for a shortcut to get out of a line of traffic. 😳 close call to a walking person around the end of the building. with big Joyland logo written all over your car, this is a very bad representation of a company. I'm disappointed.

  I scheduled a roof inspection for Monday Dec 1 at 8am. I received this text at Monday 8am instead of an inspector: This is a reminder of your upcoming Joyland appointment on 12/01/2025 at 08:00 AM EST. Please let us know if you no longer need a tech to come out. Thanks! I waited until 8:40 and that is when I realized no one was coming. I called The main number and was placed on hold. The woman got back on the phone and told me that the technician was having car troubles and was not going to be able to make my appointment. I understand that these things happen sometimes, but what I can’t understand is why nobody reached out to let me know instead of just not showing up. All in all a very unprofessional and unorganized experience.

Unfortunately we can't undo what's been done, but this has already been brought to the owner's attention and we are taking steps to rectify this for our future customers. Our goal is to NEVER have customers (or potential customers) needing to contact us to find out what's going on, and we are committed to 100% score on that.

A combination of a few internal factors including last-minute changes and time-off requests resulted in this drop of service. We fully own that and hope you'll find us to be reliable in the future, as many customers have. We have already implemented changes in how we schedule and confirm appointments as a result of your feedback.

  If I had to pick a company based off of how the driving of their company trucks represents them, it would not be this one. Many mornings on my way to work, one of their drivers is weaving and speeding in between lanes, and this has been happening for many months. They might do very nice work, but their drivers do not give their company a good face. I did get the license plate number in case they would like to follow up on the issue.

  It disappoints me to have to give a two star review. I had them out to replace my roof and honestly, they did a good job on replacing my roof. It was done quickly and the guys were nice enough. But shortly after it was done I had leaks in my bedroom. They came back promptly and inspected the leak. Turns out the leaks were coming from my neighbors side of the roof. Understandably Joyland could not repair that side of the house without the neighbors authorization. I promptly contacted my neighbor and got authorization. My neighbor even called them and scheduled to have the roof repaired. They said they could not repair it for a month. I called them to see if there could be some adjustment given the circumstances and I was told it didn't matter and essentially I was out of luck. I spent the money to have my entire roof replaced and my ceilings re-finished, only to have a leak start to destroy them again, and apparently, if I call for warranty work they will come out quickly but if I call about the same roof on my neighbors side I have to wait a month and let my newly refinished ceilings get destroyed, even after paying a large amount to have them come replace my roof. So they finally send someone to my neighbors house, she give them authorization to do the repair without her there and they knock on the door and leave because she's not there. So they're not communicating internally. Then, they come back to do, what we both thought, was the work they were being asked to do. And they just take pictures and say, "yeah we could fix that if you want us to". That was the entire point of asking them to do the work in the first place. And they already had pictures, and inspection, and an authorization to do the work. I'm so tired of companies that clearly just don't care, communicate, or get the job done. At this point I probably wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

  I was charged almost $500 to fix a roof leak, well long story short my roof was still leaking waste of $500 I fixed it myself and I have absolutely no roofing experience that should tell you how good they are

  I'd recommend Joyland to anyone. They were honest in what was needed to fix/upgrade the roof, gutters, etc. They were very communicative and punctual to begin the work. They reviewed costs at length and were willing to make needed adjustments. Most importantly, they do not take payment until the job is complete and reviewed by you and the team. 5 stars.

  Joyland Roofing was very quick to respond when I called to see about someone coming out to access storm damage to my roof. Tyler came out that same day, took pictures, showed me the pictures, answered any questions I had and gave me an estimate. The next day Tyler returned and did the repairs. He took pictures before and after doing the repairs and explained to me what he did and why. Throughout the entire process, Tyler was polite and patient with my many questions. At no point did I feel any pressure. I was also informed when I first called that Joyland Roofing would help me with any insurance claim, if needed. I highly recommend Joyland Roofing and plan on using them again in the near future for another non-storm related project.

  Joyland roofing came to our rescue within 3 days of the major storm on 7/4/26 and within 1 day after contact. Tyler diagnosed the problem and got everything completed in record time. Highly recommend this company

Sometimes the problem isn’t the product. It’s what’s happening around it. Our Joyland Windows & Doors team recently opened up a brand-new kitchen window at a Mount Joy home and found uneven framing, missing insulation, and previous installation details that needed to be rebuilt. Because the window itself was still in great condition, the team carefully removed it, rebuilt and weatherproofed the opening, and reinstalled the same unit correctly.
