  We called them today as we had a couple of siding pieces come off due to the very high winds. Someone came by fairly quickly and gave us an estimate of almost $1,800 to put back the 2 siding pieces. Wow! They also charged us $129.95 for coming to the house today and didn't even bother to at least nail down the other siding pieces that most likely will come off in the meantime as the wind continues. So we paid them for the "pleasure" of coming by and give us that outrageous estimate. Btw, I followed up with Ray who insisted that today's call was a "service call" when in fact it was just an estimate call since no service was performed whatsoever. This company is a joke! We did call someone else and they came by, gave us a free estimate, and their fee is less than 20% the fee that "Best Contracting" was trying to charge us. Do yourself a favor and call other companies. Any company with this kind of shady practice should not be in business. Update: The company ended up not charging us the $129.95.

  We are sorry you were unsatisfied with our service. We tried reaching out several times to discuss your concerns. The price given was not for a repair only but to remove the siding from the peak down to the issue area, then replace the siding from that damaged area up to the roof peak. Best has repaired siding for many years, our concern with paying someone to just pop on a new piece or two will likely result in that piece blowing off in another wind storm as that siding must be hung tighter from that spot up to the very peak, and not just a spot repair. We have refunded the service fee for diagnosing the issue and hope your matter can be quickly resolved.

  They mailed me a letter saying I had hail damage from recent storms made arrangements for Brandon to stop by on Friday 8/26 and on 8/19 I get a text saying I'm here and no one is home so I called him and said it was next Friday so I asked him if I needed to be there for him to look he said no and he would get back to me now it's the 29 of August and still no word I even called the place of business and I left a message and still no call back

  We sincerely apologize for your frustration! Our representative did show up at the scheduled appointment time. However when he arrived nobody was home. Brandon then called you to discuss the inspection over the phone but accidentally failed to follow up with you after completing the inspection. We sincerely apologize for failing to properly follow up after the inspection. However we are always just a phone call away and have a full time secretary that answers phones during (normal business hours) Brandon has since followed up with you and apologized for this slip up. We are not perfect but do strive to serve our community the best we can.

  Our our entire roof was replaced by this company and we now have other issues that were created by this company causing us to have to have the roof replaced not even 2 months after. Missing drip edges, other parts of the job not done at all and to get them to commit to fixing the damage they they did to our home during the installation of our entire roof is not even something they are willing to do. The solutions given void warranty and not to mention trying to get the warranty information due to you from them is non existent. Forget using this company they will also replace your stuff with lesser items that are not in kind replacement. 5-4-2022 update. This company now a year later still refises to take care of any of the numerous repairs that are needed for their poor workman ship that caused other problems we never had with this roof in and on many areas. They wont even take care of venting they from a bathroom they covered with the new roofing. Many many issues and non responsive Literally they wanted to take the money and run

  Given our history of being known in our community as being honest and fair, and seeing our nearly one hundred - 5 star reviews it is clear we care well for our customers. We feel that the work was done in a workmanlike manner and Best Contracting believes that all work was done pursuant to contract. We are not perfect but work tirelessly to make right any mistakes on our part. Allegations against Best Contracting were made for excuse for non-payment. We respectfully disagree with the assertion being made.
