  Aug 8th appointment for the roof inspection was scheduled and confirmed, but they didn't came without any notice. Very disappointed and wasted my time.

  I had a good experience with the sales rep and going over the job scope of new siding job on our home. 2-1/4 side (rest is brick). We were impressed with the attention to clean up they would be doing. It was delayed a week due to materials not coming in. They arrived and began work. Overall, the workers did a good job. There was a project manager here the first day and second half of the third day only. The fourth day, the workers left mid day and didn’t say that they were finished. I went outside and they were gone. There were a few areas needed attention yet that I had spoken with the project manager on the first day of the project. The project manager texted me later that evening on the day the crew supposedly finished. I told him what needed to be done yet and that a piece of worker crew’s equipment is still left here. The dumpster was still here so I asked when that would be picked up and that 2 large heavy 3-wide pallets were by the street on my grass. Project manager said that it would be picked up. He wanted a photo of materials left over and said someone would pick them up. I asked how that works and if I’d get a credit for materials I had purchased and not used. He responded no, I don’t get a credit and they take back to supplier for next projects. (I never got an itemized bill for the job since “computers were down and getting upgraded”. I explained how I wanted itemized so that I had all our house upgrades papers to file for our house records. I did get an instruction sheet and that was all they had. Later, I got a paper saying total amount that we financed for 0% interest for 1 year.) Project manager has all the items that needed attention yet. (I told him.) He told me after the workers left on June 4 that the pallets would be picked up “if not tomorrow (6/5), then next week.” The dumpster was picked up on June 5 but the two large 3-wide pallets were thrown on our front grass. I texted him and said the pallets were still here and they

  Took over 9 months to start my roofing project and then left a pile of materials and trash in my neighbors yard and only took about half of it 2 weeks later leaving me with the job of disposing of multiple large items. I called multiple times and they never took the rest of it. So after 30 days i was finally allowed to dispose of it. Oh and multiple nails in my yard and foot on more than one occasion. Thanks guys. I would never hire you again.

  TEC replaced our roof after a fallen tree and hail damage wreaked havoc on our old house. Some of our siding and spouting also needed fixed. John Mills, the project manager, did a great job pointing out all the damage to the insurance adjuster. He even spotted the damage done to an air conditioner. However, a year later, when we went to remove our Christmas decorations from a storage area, we saw that the roof was leaking and there was mold growth. We contacted TEC in December 2025, approximately 13 or 14 months after the roof was finished, and it is now July 2026 and there has been no resolution of this issue. I called again yesterday, July 14, and received the same response that the crew was contacted and will be contacted again. We were told that they would check to see about the warranty. I would hope the roof should last more than a year. We will see if this latest call resolves the issue, fixes the leaking area, and gets rid of the mold.

  If you value warranty with a roof installation, don't use this company. After multiple attempts for over a month, I still have not received any communication on my warranty request. Even after calling, the front desk would put me through to a number where no one even picks up. Poor customer service.

  We hired this company to repair the roof at my parents’ house, and while the roof work was completed, the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. During the job, they caused noticeable damage to the siding, the flashing, and the gutters. These issues were not present before they started the work, and we have the photos to prove it. When we brought up the damages, they “made note of the complaints” but they refused to take responsibility. Now we’re stuck dealing with the aftermath and additional repair costs. For a professional company, we expected more care, better communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, we received none of that. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work or reliable customer service. Proceed with caution.

  We are very pleased with our experience and the work The Exterior Company did for us. A storm damaged our roof and their expertise in dealing with insurance companies was very helpful. The work was done in less than two days, and included searching for nails in the yard and cleaning up all the debris. The roof looks great. I am also impressed with how Darryl treated the roofers, complementing them and giving them credit when it was due. Well done!

  I had an excellent experience working with TEC. I was in need of a roof repair due to storm damage and Derek made the whole process easy and quick with his detailed and timely responses. There were some challenges on the insurance end of things but Derek and his team made it happen. Not only was he on top of the communication but he was also super accommodating. My schedule is a bit tight but he was willing to drop by my place of work to get remaining documents signed, deposit payed and roof color picked out. That was on a Wednesday and by Friday my roof completely brand new and looking beautiful! I am so grateful to TEC and Derek for their expertise and dedication to their customers.

  They did a very good job, new roof looks good. Manager : Brad Gillis helps us to claim insurance. He's friendly and helpful. We are really like it. We definitely recommend to our friends and our relatives.

  I worked with Brad Gillis at TEC to have my roof redone after some storm damage. He made the process very easy and straightforward and helped me work with the insurance company. He clearly explained all the steps along the way, and was very responsive to all my questions. TEC replaced my roof, some facia, and some gutters. They did quality work and completed the whole job in a day. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward. I'd definitely recommend them!

  TEC will fight for you! Between the Ins Co., the adjuster, the engineer and TEC it took over 1 yr to process our storm damage claim! TEC stuck with it and came thru for us! The actual crew doing the roof were fast and did a beautiful job. They took extra care to clean up the yard since we have 2 dogs.A special shout out to Dan L .project mgr. and Erick K. behind the scene! Great job guys...we really appreciate you going to bat for us! TEC has our vote to get the job done right! We had a pretty hard storm 2 days ago and for the 1st time in over a yr. our 3 season room/ porch did not leak! HIRE THEM!

  Aaron came out to look at our attic issue and although he could not help us as it was not within the scope of his business, Aaron gave me plenty of advice to get the issue corrected, and told me I didn’t need new soffits and gutters that another company told me . I will call TEC with all my roofing issues.
