  I have a small piece of siding that came off but due to the height will likely need a roofer to tack it back up. Called this place because it states they are “open 24 hours”. With an impending storm I’m worried about water getting in. They are unable to even take a look at it within the next 72 hours. Do not call this business for emergency issues.

  I would give zero stars, if that were a possibility. We had a new roof installed by Zimmerman's Roofing shortly after we bought our house 15 years ago (someone recommended them to us). We had problems with it almost from day one. First, the gutters were improperly installed. Rain was running off the edge of the roof and not into the gutters. The first guy who came to check it said, "It's supposed to be like that." Really??? Took three separate trips by Zimmerman's over several months to finally fix it. Then the leaks began, gradually increasing in number and intensity. Almost every guy who came out from Zimmerman's blamed the previous guy for not fixing it properly. We ended up having leaks bad enough that water was dripping through the ceiling in places on the second floor. Two other roofers - not from Zimmerman's - came out earlier this summer and checked the roof. They both (separately) said the original job had been poorly done. Both showed us pictures of shingles that weren't overlapping where they should and other problems. We knew the 10-year labor warranty was over, but also knew Zimmerman's would have record of the continuing problems we'd had, so I contacted them and asked if they wanted a chance to rectify the mess they'd made of the job (no, I didn't say it exactly that way). The cheery woman on the phone said that for $100 they would come out and look at it. I told her no way was I going to pay for them and come out to look at the problem THEY created. So she said she'd check with the owner, but, nope, owner said the $100 fee can't be waived. A person I trust very much recommended another roofing company, so I contacted them. The owner came out (in pouring rain) and inspected the roof from outside and inside. I was extremely impressed with him. Showed us photos of the shoddy work and took me to the attic and showed me so many leaks I lost count. Thank heavens the majority of them had not yet come through the ceiling. It turned out

  The roof is good.. but the site workers were rude. As the neighbor to the building that was getting the roof replaced, I was appalled at the way they spoke to people.

  Thank you for your comment. This is not our standard of service for warranty calls. This roof was installed in September 2015. We have no record of a warranty claim for this roof or of any damage. The damage is reported to have occurred back in October of 2015 but we were only recently notified of it in December 2017. We are unable to verify this is damage caused by our workmanship. While the work that was performed to the roof is under warranty we are unable to cover the interior damage in this one occurrence.

  I would absolutely NEVER recommend Zimmerman Roofing. After a full roof replacement ..3 years later we had a leak into my son's room. It ruined his hardwood flooring and ceiling. When I called them and explained what happened, they didn't offer to come out til 2 weeks out!!! So now, 3 months later...they will not return my phone calls( and i have left multiple to the owner) they have done nothing to fix the issue either. Too many other roofers out there...I suggest going elsewhere. Such an ignorant company

  I got 14 roofs from these guys from 14 of my mansions, they all have been made really nicely from scratch, the person I called was heather younger she was really nice and asked how she can brighten my day, it was an amazing experience overall and I have no complaints.

  Joshua LaBure at Zimmerman’s Roofing truly cares about his job! You don’t just see it, you feel it. The moment he arrived, he was completely transparent with my husband and me, and it immediately reassured us that we are making the right decision. Since this is the first major investment we’ve had to make in the home we purchased just a year ago, we had questions. Joshua took the time to walk us through everything step by step, explaining the entire roofing system in detail. He even showed us the videos he took during his roof inspection, pointing out the problem areas and explaining exactly what needed to be done and why. Joshua is incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also genuinely personable. I’m so thankful my husband decided to get a second opinion. Was the first company’s quote cheaper? Yes. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Joshua also explained the average cost of a roof replacement in our area for 2026 from a reliable resource, and it was right in line with what we expected.
