Two years, I contracted Mr. Dwayne to install my roof and repair 2 porches in two of my houses. Three months ago, signs of a leak became present in one of the homes, so naturally, I attempted to contact him multiple times and left voicemails. He responded ONCE and claimed he would come view the leak in the following days. He never came, he never called me back, and he always let me go straight to voicemail. I’m truly disappointed with his work ethic. I had to contact another business to come repair just for them to tell me the roofing was never installed correctly.

Veronica, Yes i have been out of state mostly for the last 6 months. But am back now. From what i remember the damage was from the ice storm. On your patio cover. But if im wrong and it is any fault of mine. I will happily reimburse you for out of pocket expense. All you have to do is let me come and see what was repaired. Thank you

I had a metal roof re screw and new ridge cap. Great job!

As Dawn said we replaced existing screws with ZXL hooded fasteners. Long life. And shop fabricated new ridge cap. Initial ridge cap install wasn’t wide enough and was causing roof leaks. We appreciate the review. Job was in Brownsboro Tx. Thank you.

Absolutely the best in the business. I had the amazing crew of East Texas Roof Works repair my roof, which had been previously "fixed/updated" by another company, who left me with continued leaking, and further damage to my home due to mold. The gentlemen at East Texas Roof Works, completed the repairs and updates to my roof rapidly, professionally and far beyond what I was expecting. I highly recommend East Texas Roof Works and will definitely use them again in the future. Matter of fact I did, when a massive tree fell on my home recently. Once again, the team showed up quickly and repaired the damage to my roof, returning it back to it's original perfection. I can't say how thankful I am for the security and confidence I have in the work they have done to my home.
