  Hey Rachel, I am so sorry for the frustration. I left you a voicemail but please call me back at 571-236-2188 at your convenience. I looked in our system and saw that you are booked for a warranty call with mark on August 5th. There is absolutely NO charge for this service at all since you are a client, I am sorry if there was any indication that there would be a fee, there is not. I will be following up with mark after he is out to make sure everything is resolved - Sam, owner

  I Made an Appointment on May 13th took off work and waited , the morning of June 2 nd 1/2 hour before the appointment Nick cancelled saying they couldn’t do the project, not a good business.Why did they not know ???

  I tried to set up an appointment to get a bid on a siding replacement, but it was so difficult dealing with the "person" on the other end of the phone -- kept asking the same questions, not understanding what I was saying, etc. After spending way too much time trying to set up a simple appointment, I eventually just hung up. Thinking about the "conversation", I've concluded that it was not a real person on the other end of the line, but some AI bot -- I'm not kidding. Maybe they do great work, but I'll never know.

  Hey Cortney, When Mark came out to the property you were not present to meet with him so he was unable to gather the info needed to be able to give you a quote. At that time he attempted to call but received no response- he has tried to call and left Voicemails since then- he is happy to schedule a re-visit when you can meet him there to go over the scope of work and provide a quote.   Hey Kate, We have no excuse for how your project has proceeded and are extremely sorry for the ordering mistake. With Sunspace being a special order product we have no control over the production timelines which are usually 3-4 months from the time of order. The wrong color being ordered is completely on us and I am sorry you are dealing with the consequences of it. I am confident you will be very happy with the system once it arrives and is installed but I understand that the experience has been poor and we did not deliver our normal level of service and for that I apologize

  Cousins worked with us the whole time and did a great job.They were the only bidder that suggested a better fix to our chimney chase problem which lead to us having them do the entire roof (which also had issues). Thanks to Tim, Christian, and Samantha. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and we couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks! Now we're looking forward to having them take care of our front deck.

  Had a siding, soffit and fascia, gutters project I wanted to get done this year. It was time. My first interaction with Cousins was through their salesman Joe. He was awesome. The installation process was done with great precision and skill. It there were any issues or concerns I was able to communicate easily with Calvin. By text or a phone call. Communication was really great! I am really blown away by their quality of work and product. Amazing job guys and girls!!! I couldn't be happier. It's like having a new house👍

  Repair technician Christian Martel came to see why during the last heavy rain my skylight (installed by a different contractor) was leaking. Christian was very informative and took pictures to explain what was causing the leaking and did the necessary steps to fix the leaking issue. Highly recommend.

  I have a deck/gazebo project I am considering and reached out online to Cousins. I received a callback the very next day, and got an estimate appointment scheduled for a few days later. Chris from Cousins arrived right on time for the appointment, reviewed the site, and had a good dialogue with me about options and made some suggestions that I had not even considered. He was able to provide me with an estimate at the end of the appointment, right within the timeframe he said he would need. I am not sure yet if I am going to go through with the project, but I got a great sense that Cousins would do a very professional job.

  Christian Martel arrived on time and completed a roofing repair and finished: Removed the damaged shingles, removed the damaged underlayment, reinstalled new underlayment and new shingles. He reinstalled the wall to roof flashing and added sealant. The clean-up was great! Christian was kind and very professional! I'm very pleased with his work!
