  I had a guy named Joseph with EZ Roofing come to my house on May 1, 2020 because a piece of fascia metal came off during a recent storm. They charge a service fee ( TO INSPECT ROOF). EZ roofing replaced a 12 ft piece of fascia metal and caulked around the dryer vent on the back of house for $380.95. The reason for 1 star is because he stated he did not see any other issues after telling us he inspected the roof.... Well on July 12th, we noticed a substantial water leak in the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom. Needless to say I did not call back EZ Roofing. We instead called another company who could see from the road what the issue was. We are having to replace the architectural shingles because the roof was not done properly when the house was built. We are also having to fix water damage to the ceiling in the bedroom.

  We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our services as we do our best to be professional, honest and fair. We spoke with the technician mentioned and were informed that the roof was too steep to safely perform a one man inspection on the exterior and an attic inspection was performed instead. During the inspection, he pointed out a few other areas of concern including a leak over the garage area to Mr. Crawford and indicated that at the time that you were not concerned with the damage found because it did not directly affect the house. He also pointed out a leak (that we fixed) and we also fixed a piece of fascia. I am glad to hear those issues were resolved and are no longer a problem and we empathize with you because you are having other issues with your roof. We hope you’ll consider us in the future.   I really would not even give them a whole star. We called them to come out and give an estimate a year ago and we have never heard from them. I guess they don't need the business!

  I am very pleased with E-Z Roofing and Construction. They were very knowledgeable about what we wanted. They were also quite helpful in letting us know a schedule opening came up which we took full advantage of to get our roof replaced. I thoroughly recommend

  E-Z Roofing replaced pipe boots on our roof and removed pine straw. They were prompt at appointments and completed the work in a timely fashion. We were pleased with their work.

  These guys promptly responded to my e-mail and quickly scheduled the repair. Colby was out the same day! He was super friendly and engaging. Thank you for complimenting my mother on her yard and asking her to show him around so she could brag about her garden.

  E-Z Roofing is one of the best construction companies I have ever worked with. They are professional and do not price gouge, even in the post-hurricane mess of Augusta. They are upfront and honest about costs; while they aren't the least expensive, I will gladly pay more for the top-notch service we received. Once you agree on a project price, that is exactly what you pay—no surprise changes. You can reach a real person, schedule an appointment, and get a quote without having to "babysit" them like so many other companies. They ensure the customer is taken care of; even when you don't want to hear the hard truth, they are honest and guide you to the best outcome within your time and budget. They have a 24/7 answering system and someone gets back to you every time. Their subcontractors are fully vetted and just as professional as the primary project leads. They perform a final walk-through before any invoicing and will come back to correct any issues without heartache or extra charges. I have referred every one of my friends to them. The office and quoting staff are so friendly, and I love that they have a physical office where you can walk in and chat. I’ve even seen firsthand how well they celebrate and treat their employees. Your account manager is a one-stop shop for all questions. They ensured we preserved our roof warranty following the second tree that hit our house in 2025. They have been flexible, moving projects around to meet our needs when possible. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to have a community partner that cares for my home as much as I do.
