  Earning 1 star reviews for advertising by Littering. Leaving plastic bags with rocks and your flyer in it along the road in front of houses that have just had new roofs installed. Whoever is in charge of selecting houses is obviously not in the roof business besides leaving other people your trash to throw away. Poor form.

  Sorry you feel this way Sam. It's advertising. All you had to do is throw it in the trash. You are the only one complaining out of thousands of flyers and hundreds of owners taking advantage of roofing needs from a company who has been in Central Florida for 30+ years. All we do is help owners with resonable roofing quotes and work that is 5-Star. Sorry we bothered you so much with our info Flyer.. Appreciate you taking the time to let us know your feelings though :-)

  Denise, sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately DRS cannot control how much woodwork you need until the roof is off. It's not the fault of DRS that we had to replace so much rotten wood. I know no one want to be hit with extra costs, but DRS can't eat these costs when it's not our fault that the bad wood is there. You also had 8 extra layers of felt paper on this roof.. I will list the extra work so everyone can see what DRS included and what DRS found when the roof was torn off. So everyone can see the amount of work DRS had to do to get your home back to normal. Again, I'm sorry you feel this way, but you shouldn't take it out on DRS :-( Replaced 30 ft of 1x6 plank (included in price) $0.00 Replaced 30 ft of 1x10 plank (included in price) $0.00 Replaced 24 ft of 2x4 plank (included in price) $0.00 Replaced 150 ft of 1x8 deck plank. includes labor and materials $1,800.00 Replaced 100 ft of 4x5 flashing and 130 ft of counter flashing. includes labor and materials $1,150.00 Removed 8 additional layers of unseen felt paper underlayment (lot of work)- $955.00

  I wish you could give 0 stars because that is what they would receive. They by far were not the least expensive so you would think that their workmanship would be top notch; boy were we wrong. Took over 3 months to complete our roof and failed inspection twice. They left nails, trash and empty beer cans laying around. They left fully cracked decking boards, gaps between decking boards, insufficient nails on shingles, used untreated wood to replace facia board, etc. Very unprofessional, rude and unsupervised workers. Do not waste your time or you will wind up paying in the long wrong. Our roof is a little over a year old and we have issues. Stay away!

  I had an awesome experience with DRS Roofing. They were very fast to respond to my request for a new roof and scheduled it within a few days. Shane Waters the Sales Manager did a great job in communicating everything they would be doing and answered all my questions in a timely manner.   We recently had our roof replaced by DRS Orlando, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our project manager, Shane Waters, was outstanding—knowledgeable, transparent, and patient from the very first meeting. Shane kept us informed at every stage, providing daily updates, explaining the permit process, and ensuring each phase met high quality standards. He also made sure the site was fully cleaned once the work was complete and followed up afterward to confirm everything was finalized and we were completely satisfied. The estimate was accurate with no surprises, and that level of honesty gave us real peace of mind. After comparing several roofing companies, choosing DRS Orlando was absolutely the right decision.   In September, we needed to replace our roof quickly to resolve an HOA violation. DRS handled the issue very promptly and professionally, and they answered all my questions right away.   DRS does a great job and back their product and their service. We have put roofs on three homes along with gutters and downspouts here in the villages Florida. We haven’t had any issues. Shane is always there to answer the phone if we have any questions. We definitely recommend them over and over again. Thank you guys for a great job.
