Dr. Roofer

The only one or two-star review we hold for Dr. Roofer.

I hired Dr. Roofer with the sole aim of fixing a dip in my fascia board. They rewrapped the fascia without fixing the dip and then, after the work was already performed, told me it would be extra to replace some of the underlying wood to fix the issue. The work they did was fine but did not correct the problem. I told the sales person numerous times the only reason I am hiring them is to fix this single issue.

Thanks for your feedback! We’re sorry the issue wasn’t resolved as you expected. As outlined in your contract, wood replacement was not included in the base price and billed separately. Fixing the dip would have required replacing the underlying wood, which we did offer to do at an additional cost. We understand that your main goal was to correct the dip, and we regret any miscommunication. Please reach out if you’d like to explore any options to complete the repair.

Marc was great to deal with. He kept me informed through the whole process. Received a new roof, new gutters and gutter guards all in one day. Process was easy.

Responsive and reliable. I needed a small patch of roofing repaired from a fallen tree limb. Anthony came out for an estimate, and provided additional information about issues on other surfaces. Jake and his crew did a professional job, matching the existing shingles, and cleaning up after their work.

Marc and his crew fixed up our roof and gutter in the North side. They were very professional, great communication throughout the process and easy to work with! They found a problem that two other roofing companies had missed previously, and were able to fix it quickly. We also needed to re-route a bathroom vent and they were able to do that working with a HVAC company, which several companies I asked would not do. Would 100% recommend!

We have a 120 year old house with the original slate roof and of course it needs to be maintained. Anthony gave us a very fair quote, he and his crew along with the owner showed up as scheduled, replaced the slates that had fallen, cleaned up well and were on their way. I highly recommend them. From start to finish they were very professional
