We take every customer's concerns seriously, which is why we worked with you over an extended period to address the issues you raised. There are several statements in your review that are simply not accurate. This was an insurance restoration project, not a competitively bid retail roofing job, so the pricing was determined by the insurance scope—not by Dolan Roofing. We also covered the cost of repairing the interior damage related to the leak. Throughout the project, we responded to your concerns, including items that went well beyond the roofing work itself. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a resolution because additional demands unrelated to the roof—including cosmetic concerns that were addressed—continued, while a significant outstanding balance for the completed work remained unpaid. We stand behind our workmanship and our warranties, and when legitimate warranty issues arise, we make every effort to resolve them. We also strive to treat every customer fairly, just as we expect to be treated fairly in return. We wish you the best and remain willing to discuss the outstanding account and any legitimate warranty concerns directly.

  This rating is based off of poor communication from the inspector and the company. I Reached out to Dolan Roofing after the last storm on the 22nd of May due to a leak in my living room; a roof inspector from Dolan reached out via email and informed me he was going to get me scheduled after the weekend. However, a couple of days passed and I did not hear from him. I then reached out to him on the 26th, where he apologized that he missed my message. He came out the next day on the 27th and completed the inspection of my roof. He stated he would work on an estimate for repairs and send it over for my review. It is now June 5th and still nothing. I reached out to the company only to be told there are no notes on my file. This experience has been disappointing.

  Getting my roof done by Dolan was a nightmare. Not only did they damaged my driveway and had to repair it, they also put materials on the roof that blew off and had nails all over my driveway. Fast forward to completion, they HOUNDED me for payment immediately and had to wait for insurance checks to arrive which they were paid half of the total. Insurance had to come back out to do a supplement so we could pay them the rest. Instead they sent my info to a collection lawyer with interest and a collection fee with no time to get the rest from our insurance. I e explained this to them but no response. I had no opportunity to rectify the situation. Sent a response back to the lawyer. If I would have known this was going to be a nightmare, we would have used another roofing company. I would not recommend Dolan for your roofing needs.

  I was calling around getting estimates for a new roof and decided to call Dolan roofing seeing as they had 5 stars. They did come out fairly quickly.. I believe his name was Mason. (Husband spoke with him upon arrival) He was nice and friendly and told us that we should have an estimate by thursday. Which would have been a few days later. I noticed over the weekend I still hadn't got an estimate and I called to ask when I should be receiving the quote. Someone called me back and he told me over the phone that it was probably going to be estimated$18 to $20,000. I told him it was a bit higher than another company we contacted but I was still willing to see the itemized quote to see what was included just to see exactly what the price was and everything offered. I never received it. That's my only complaint from this company.

  I highly recommend Dolan Roofing! They did a phenomenal job installing the gutters on my home. The color match is absolutely perfect—they blend in so seamlessly that you can barely even tell they’re there! Travis, the sales representative I met with, was honest, personable, and wonderful to work with. I especially appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me or convince me to purchase anything I didn’t need. Their price was about one-third of what other companies had quoted me, without sacrificing quality or workmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and the finished result. Five stars!

  Travis Kelly from Dolan helped us feel comfortable knowing that Dolan prioritizes work done right, and taking care of his customers. We knew right away that this was a company that sees the family living under these roofs and not just another pay day, and off to the next job. Communication with Travis was always quick and reliable. When we had issues come up he was very responsive and fast to fix it. This company truly does go above and beyond what a regular roofing company would do. If you want the job done knowing corners weren’t cut this is the company to pick.

  We asked Dolan Roofing to provide an estimate for a minor roof repair. Johnny Dolan came to our house reviewed the issue and determined he could fix it quickly. He provided pictures of the damage and of the repair. Best of all, there was no charge. I am most impressed with Johnny Dolan’s honesty and integrity. I highly recommend him for your next project!

  Dolan Roofing deserves every bit of praise. They showed up early, worked efficiently, and completed my roof the same day — starting at 6am and finishing by 2pm. The cleanup was spotless, and they even went the extra mile by trimming back trees that were touching the roof. Their professionalism stood out. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. They communicated with me before, during, and after the project, and I always felt respected and valued. They even coordinated with my homeowners insurance to make sure I got the best deal possible. This is a company that treats you like a priority, not a number. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

  Johnny Dolan, the owner came and inspected my roof. Other roofers sent a representative. He then explain in detail what and how they were gonna put a new roof. Savings: (1)$1500.- no extra cost to up grade shingles from 25yrs to 30yrs. (2) $1300. Gutter system s Since we had lifetime gutters already. Other roofers included this in their quote (3) Other roofers warranty was 3 to 5 years. He gave me a 10 year warranty. Work:: Material for roof What’s delivered the day before at my convenience workers came and first thing they did was was lay tarp all around the house to catch any material that fell from roof. After work was completed and everything picked up. They came with a magnet around the perimeter of the house pickup and metal parts. Left house clean and free debris as before they came. Roof was completed in six hours. I highly recommend Dolan Roofing for a new roof.

  Dolan Roofing is a remarkable company! We had a couple bumps in the road but Dolan bent over backwards to make it right. There wasn’t a single person that I met within the company that I didn’t like. Through my research, I called them, they didn’t solicit me. Johnny the owner is a remarkable person and genuinely cares for their customers. Derrek, was amazing and together they walked me through the entire process with no surprises and were up front about everything. Charles is an expert and I value his opinion. The crew that came back to make some changes worked non-stop throughout the day and did a remarkable job cleaning up. I appreciate Dolan Roofing and highly recommend them as a top roofing company.
