  I had a tough time getting in touch with their team. Calls and emails often went unanswered, which made the whole process frustrating.

  Had absolutely horrible experience with George from DNB who was inspecting my roof to give an estimate. He poked 5 holes in the roof, which was already sipping water!!! He bend dripping edges with his ladder. After I waited for 3 days to get an estimate (or at least a response from him) and finally send him a message - he replied that they decided not to pursue the project. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

  I originally posted a favorable review. However, since the service was delivered, I have reached out to the company with horrible results. Just to recap, I had hired DNB to do a repair on my roof. They came out and instead of addressing the problem, did a roof tune-up, i.e. replaced shingles and redid the piping and seals. When the rains came, the roof continued to leak at the exact same spot. During the most recent downpour, the roof started to leak at a different point. Clearly they weren't interested in addressing the real problem which was leak. Even after doing a routine tune-up, they obviously didn't do it properly as it leaked at a different spot. I called them to let them know that whatever they had done had not worked. This time, the sales guy I originally spoke to came out and had a look. He committed to me that he would discuss services rendered with the company owner and get back to me. It is going on to two weeks now without a response. As a result, I have engaged a different company to come and have a look and hopefully fix this problem. Beware of this company. There are better roofing companies out there. Original review: I had a great experience with DNB. I had numerous repairs on my roof and from start to finish, they were diligent and professional. The boots on the day also were thorough and made sure all problems on the roof were addressed. Would use them again in a second!

  Mike Hildebrand did a great job. He took over dealing with the insurance company which I was very grateful for. He kept me posted as to when things were going to happen. He handled everything in a very professional manner.

  Attention to detail-A-Plus! My neighbor across the street raves at the quality of service I received with my new metal roof. It looks great and DNB is Uber-responsive. Definitely recommend.

  DNB performed excellent work, followed up, inspected and made sure that all work was done correctly. Utmost care was taken to protect all existing landscaping. A second and final walk through for nails and other debris was performed several days later, as well as a final walk through with a member of DNB inspection team to verify that everything was done as expected.

  DNB was so easy to work with when needed a new roof. Mickey came out the same day I called and was able to identify that our roof had been damaged in a recent storm. He help us file a claim through our insurance and get a whole new roof approved. Jack basically handled everything with our insurance from there and was very flexible with scheduling. Communication was outstanding throughout the whole process. No surprises. No upsells. Real people answer the phones and actually call you back. Would work with them again in a heartbeat.

  Recently had our roof replaced by DNB Construction and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Bryce Reh our rep was professional and knowledgeable. The crew was timely and respectful. Our roof was a large project but they got it done in 3 days. Excellent workmanship, reasonable price, trustworthy. Highly recommend.

  We found out we have a hole on the roof as part of inspection to sell our home. From the moment I reached out to Bryce until completion I knew how much it will cost, when it will be done and what to expect. The crew arrived even earlier, completed the task while respecting the property, efficiently and professionally. We were able to continue with the sell with no hiccups. I highly recommend Bryce and his crew.

  These guys are great to work with, we've used them to repair roof damage from fallen tree branches, and replace leaky flat roofs. Bryce is friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a good communicator.

  Kudos to the DNB crew that did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. Miljan Dejanovic was awesome, he was the best at guiding me through the process of filling my insurance claim, everything went smoothly and as explained. I also can't express how great the rest of the team was. From the roofers that did a terrific job installing, preparing/protecting and cleaning the site, to everyone else involved that made the process easy. I highly recommend DNB and they will be my first pick if i ever need some work done on the house

  I had a great experience with DNB Construction the process was smooth, Milan was great, after a major wind storm I reached out to DNB Construction for a inspection and Milan came out and inspected my roof and informed me of his finding, after I contacted my insurance company to file a claim for my roof damage and hired DNB Construction for the project Milan reached out to me about the next steps in the process, the project manager Jack then contacted me to schedule a date for the roof replacement and kept me abreast of all steps in the process, the day of the roof replacement the crew got here early and got right to work, they were very professional and worked hard replacing our roof it looks great. We’re very happy with our new roof and I would definitely recommend them.

  Outstanding experience. Professional and responsive advice from Bryce Reh, beforehand on options for replacement of my aging slate roof that had given us so much troubles. The production manager Jack Hudson and the team headed by Harwin did outstanding work in rebuilding our roof. Good communication, neatness of the work, competent employees and attention to neighborhood norms. Very careful with our garden. Went the extra mile to make sure we were fully satisfied. Excellent follow up. We are very happy with the new roof. This company is highly recommended.
