DLV went out of their way to help repair our existing roof before we ultimately had them put on a new one. Jon and Scott were very responsive and understanding with our attempts to repair the previous roof. The new roof made it through Hurricane Irma with no issues. I highly recommend their services. Jan. 2021 update: since the roof installation our dormers have leaked multiple times. It's to the point that water has soaked into our interior flooring. DLV said they'd come out to inspect the issue in November but never showed up. After I called again and the issue was assessed, they said they'd try to fit us in between big jobs despite water actively getting into our house. It's been 12 days and I haven't heard back from them.

I'm sure their work is fine but customer service leaves much to be desired. To get an estimate scheduled they would only call me during business hours without warning, meaning it took almost a week to get a time where I wasn't in a meeting …

Now that’s a good looking roof! DLV Exteriors replaced my shingles for the estimated price even though they had to repair a few hidden structural problems. A great group! From the initial sale and estimate, a careful job manager solving problems through highly skilled workers attending to details. I couldn’t be happier!

DLV did an amazing job we could not be happier with their company from the initial quoting by Nathan who is a superstar! Cares very deeply about getting the job done exactly right and followed the progress with daily updates! The crew was amazing as well, very friendly like having family around making sure every nail was put in the right place! Amazing experience!

After a major mishap on Day 1 left me uneasy, DLV addressed the issue head on and exceeded my expectations throughout the rest of the project. You can really tell the integrity of a company by how they respond when issues occur, and I was impressed by DLV. Good communication, good PMs (Paul, Nate) good product. Especially impressed with their cleanup: no trash, no nails, no pieces of shingles left behind.

Kyle Risher came and did an inspection on my new house that I bought in Feb. Although the roof was good and I didn't need anything, Kyle was honest and I could see the company had great values! Would recommend 10/10!
