  At first this roofing company seemed like a great fit for our roof. Stan was knowledgeable and attentive to the specific jobs we wanted taken care of. We had received a start date and everything seemed to fall into place. After the tear off we knew we had extra wood that needed to be replaced and we anticipated. When we showed up to check on the job, the crew did not do the specific jobs we had expected and gone over with Stan during the initial quote. The crew boss told us he was not going to do what we wanted done. The crew boss was yelling and swearing at my husband. When my husband called Stan to complain, Stan sent another person out to the job. That ends up being another argument/ fight between him and the crew boss. The crew barely spoke English. My husband and I had to wait for almost 2 hours for Stan to arrive at the job to fix "SOME" of the issues we were upset about that the crew boss said he was not going to do. Diversified roofing resolved some of the issues to appease us, but the main part of the new roof that was requested was over looked and never was done correctly. The reason was never discussed before the job was started. It was just like sorry we couldn't do that. In the end, I paid over 14k for a roof that I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH. I would not recommend Diversified Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

  Stan gave us a roof inspection before we installed solar a couple years ago, and reported no significant issues, overall fair condition, and 15 years left. We've been doing some unrelated work on the interior and our contractor discovered numerous leaks. Multiple roofers and an insurance adjuster who've come out to identify the problem and given an estimate noted unsealed bridge caps, missing and loose nails, improper layering of shingles, and many other workmanship problems that would have been there two years ago and were easily noticed by their 15-minute inspections. We called Diversified again, both for an estimate on repairing/replacing the roof and to discuss the inspection that missed all of the above problems. Stan failed to look for or note any of these problems the second time, but still recommended a new roof (when two years ago he said we had 15 more years left). When I said multiple other roofers found problems that he apparently missed, and showed him his own prior inspection report, his only response was "yes sir." He didn't look in our attic and refused to when requested, and was generally rude and didn't seem to care that he did an absolutely abysmal job on the inspection or had costs us thousands of dollars. I hope all the people leaving positive reviews are still happy with their roof five years down the line, but I wouldn't count on it.

  My business had a leak in the roof with a lot of water coming into some of offices. It happened right after a very heavy rain storm, so we naturally assumed it was the roof. Kobe came out and examined the issue. Given his height, he was able to see the leak source in our ceiling. It is an HVAC issue, not a roof issue. He was fast and professional, and declined any sort of payment for his time. I appreciated that thoughtfulness and integrity. We will use Diversified Roofing for future roofing needs.

  Diversified Roofing put a new roof on my house 15 years ago (and did a beautiful job). Recently, I found a shingle that had fallen off of my house. I called Diversified to check my roof. Stan, the owner, came out promptly and repaired the missing shingle at no charge (despite the warranty ending 5 years ago). Stan is simply the best! I would never use any other company for a new roof or roof repair.

  Great experience! We called after a leak occurred during heaving rain and within 24 hours they had came out and repaired an area causing our issue. Professional and quick service! Would definitely recommend and use them in the future!

  Had my roof done in 2008. Had a small leak in my laundry room. Called. Stan came out and checked everything out. Really nice, knowledgeable man!! Wonderful customer service before, during install and 18 yrs later!!! Would totally recommend!!!!! Thank you Stan and thank you diversified!!!!!

  Diversified Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof replacement project. From the onset of the quoting process to the final clean up Stanley, the owner, and his crew performed in an exceptionally professional manner. They were very conscientious and responsive to our questions and preferences. The work ethic they displayed, and the quality of the materials and workmanship, start to finish was simply amazing! We found pricing to be fair and reasonable, and we were quite pleased with the no nonsense business experience. We will definitely use Diversified again should our outbuilding need re-roofing.

  We have been using Diversified Roofing for over 20 years. They have replaced roofs at two of our homes, the first one 20 years ago. That one still looks brand new! They do amazing work. We have recommended them to friends and family, and they have all loved the work and product.
