  We were selling a house and the buyers realtor had this company come out to look at our roof. This company said we had hail damage, our roof was bowing, and needed to be completely replaced. We had 3 other companies come out and all said our roof was in great shape and had 10-15 years left in it. Dickson roofing is not trustworthy and will lie just to make a buck. I would never recommend this company.

  Matt with Dickson Roofing was absolutely their star player. I called them after the last really bad storm. My roof had been through it ALL. Matt came out and helped me, single mom, through every single step of the way. The roofers came and went in a heart beat and my roof looks fantastic! Highly recommend.

  Great roofing company to work with. I replaced my shingle roof with a standing seam roof. Shon Dickson reviewed my options and executed an excellent job. We had no problems and the roof looks terrific. The job was well managed in some challenging weather conditions. Dickson did a terrific job and I would highly recommend them.

  We had extensive storm damage this summer and it was Dickson Roofing to the rescue. They were so amazing to work with and replaced the roof on our little cabin with the highest level of craftsmanship. We are so pleased. BIG shout out to Cheri Dickson for helping us navigate the process. We are extremely pleased with the end result!

  This summer, Dickson Roofing did a phenomenal job installing a new roof on my lake house. The materials were top quality and the workmanship was incredible. Thank you Shon, Jamie and Matt for supervising the job and making sure it was done right before letting the crew leave the job site. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

  I am a real estate agent in Tyler and often have clients that need an honest and reputable roofer (one that’s not just out to make money off the insurance companies…. ). I asked a close colleague who they prefer as their “go to” roofer that they recommend to clients & was referred to Dickson Roofing. From the moment I called until we got to the closing table, Shon was on top of it. Every text I sent, he was quick to respond and made me feel like we were the ONLY customer he was working with at that moment and I know that’s not the case. He was always courteous and professional. He was able to accommodate our time schedule in getting the roof done in a short timeframe. (It was required to be completed prior to closing per the lender so we were super grateful for that.) This roof install was not the most smooth process but was NO fault of Dickson Roofing. Shon went above and beyond in helping my buyers get their new roof. I am so pleased with how the whole situation was handled - I, too, will recommend Dickson Roofing when someone asks who I recommend for a roofer. Shon and his entire team deserve a pat on the back for this one! Thank you!!!
