  Only because it's not possible to give ZERO STARS. First, may I say we never hired them to do a roofing job. The attached photos are what I came home to. I asked why they were set up in our driveway with equipment, machines, ladders and they had their work truck parked in the other space we pay to have plowed. No one answered. Not one word. Not excuse me, not sorry. Nothing. I thought there could be a language barrier. My Spanish is minimal at best. I tried to speak to the person in charge and he was receptive to me in Spanish, but as I said I am limited. I called the "24 hours emergency line" I am still waiting for a call back. Please note the house on the right was having the roof done. They have a full driveway. This is how they chose to set up. The person that disperses the crew is responsible. As I said he has still not bothered to call.

Have a great night and thank you again for understanding Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. I did not receive the message until the next morning for some reason, but I talk to my lead guy who speaks English very well, and he had stated that they had items in your driveway and they moved them and apologized, and everything was OK. That same morning I was over there about nine or 10 AM and sorry car in the driveway. I had parked right out front of the house and we made a decent amount of noise while we were there and nobody came out. I didn’t want to disturb anybody so I said hey everything must be OK like my guy said and I left it at that, now I see an email in my inbox stating I have a new one star review on my Google page so I check it out and it is same incident. I apologize for any inconvenience and I would like to know if there’s any damages to your property or anything like that because we would gladly take care of them and again I apologize for using the driveway to install a new roof on the neighbors house. As I’m sure you’re aware of the house is in disarray and a friend of mine. Purchased the house to Rehab it and then sell it again. Saying that there was already a dumpster in the driveway. It’s kind of a tight neighborhood and there’s not a lot of room to work, I know me and my crew take Friday night work and we pick up well and if we don’t have to go on other peoples property, we do not. Again I apologize and I personally will be back on that property within the next couple days too fix the porch on the right side of the house because there was so much water damage it rottedthe wall of the porch so we have to reframe that I will be back there doing that work personally. I will be more than happy to talk when I am onsite. Thank you

  I had my roof redone by them and it collapsed. I reached out several times and got no response by him. Never doing business with you again!!!!!

  Hello I believe you have me confused with another company. If you have an issue with your roof I will Be more than happy to check it out, but I can assure you you didn’t hire me to install the roof and then the roof caved in.

  It took 2 phone calls to get a call back for a quote. John made an appointment and then failed to show up for it or even call. Never rescheduled. It took me leaving this review for him to call and text me.

  Jenna, I apologize for the mix up. I try to get to everybody to the best of my ability. I am not perfect and things happen. I do not like people upset with me or my business I try hard to go the extra mile for all my customers. If you didn’t find a contractor I will come by later today and look at your roof and fix it this week giving you 10% off. I called you right when I saw this post to relay this message to you.   Very pleased with my roof John had all the materials at my house the next day without even taking a deposit,was impressed with the trust and communication,roof came out great and 3 of my neighbors have used him since with zero issues as well,I wouldn't recommend another roofing company but DeNisco they really go above and beyond Thanks again John let me know when you have time to roof the barn in back !!!!!!!!

  Excellent communication and service! I still can’t believe how fast they stripped the two layers of roofing shingles. My new roof is just perfect! Thanks for a great job at a fair price!

  These guys did a great job not only were they fast they were neat clean and believe it or not picked up all the nails and everything else all in one day which was amazing I now have a 30-year warranty roof for a great price compared to the competition

  We were very pleased with the new roof installation by Denisco Construction. They stripped and reshingled our 200+ yr old house, garage and barn extremely quickly and neatly and left a very professional looking product that makes me smile every time I look at it. We highly recommend Denisco for their efficiency, quality of workmanship and reasonable price.

  Just completed our roof today, a great Easter present! Job completed in a day and a half and we couldn’t be more pleased. Roof looks great and except for the footprints you’d never have known they were here. I highly recommend Denisco Roofing.

  John and his team were great! John was responsive via email and text during the planning process and was very patient while we figured out a plan. His team was in and out in one day and cleaned up like they were never even there! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and quick roof installation!

  John and his crew did an EXCELLENT job on my roof . I called for 7 estimates and the others just couldn't beat his price. Once I signed the contract, he ordered the materials ahead of time in the event the prices would go up (I wanted to wait until the end of Summer for installation). None of the other contractors mentioned to me they would do this. The installation was topnotch using quality materials. John is professional, honest and a wicked nice guy. His work crew were also professional and very hard workers, I never once observed any one of them just stand around and do nothing. You could tell they took pride in their work. If I ever needed any other work done around my home I wouldn't hesitate a heartbeat to call on John.
