  We hired this company to install shingles on a newly purchased home. Initially, the roof looked great but within just a few days, neighbors alerted us that shingles were already lifting. We had to call them back out to fix the issue. About six months later, we discovered squirrels in our attic. Upon inspection, we found severely rotted fascia, including a large, very noticeable hole. While I understand this may not have been directly caused by their work, I do wish they had informed us of the condition when they were working on the roof. I contacted the company again regarding repairs. After multiple attempts, I finally got through and was given an email to send photos. Unfortunately, I misplaced the email and couldn’t follow up right away. When I later tried calling again multiple times. I received zero response. Frustrated, I left a 1 star review. Interestingly, they responded to our call immediately after that. However, during that conversation, we were told that if I did not remove the 1 star review, they would refuse to work with me further. Despite explaining the situation, they later followed up by email stating they would not do business with me because the review was still posted. At that point, it became clear that customer service and accountability were not priorities. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Edit: I should note that the facia you see is not fault of their own but damage they felt the need not notifying the home owner. However the skirting around the chimney is already lifting too.

  Called in asking for an estimate about a roof replacement. The receptionist said she will reach out to the owner and have him call me back about scheduling a time to come out and look at the roof. Two months go by and no call back. Real professional. If you don't want the job just tell people.

  DeLuca roofing is it. Not only are they reliable, informative, personable and kind, they are also going to beat any other quotes you've received. Bob and Maryann are lifesavers. I'm a young homeowner and desperately needed a new roof and all new gutters as I had a horrible leak that was coming in right near my fuse box. I was terrified just thinking about how much it could cost. I reached out to them and Bob was at my house that same week. When I told Maryann I was headed on a long trip but was extremely anxious about the weather while I was away, she squeezed my roof in the very next day. I am so lucky to have found them and will work with them exclusively if needed in the future. I would absolutely recommend DeLuca Roofing to anyone and everyone. If you need a quote, you will not regret giving them a chance!!!

  They did a great job replacing my siding. Great staff. After they were done, they cleaned up the area, and didn't leave a trace. I highly recommend them. A few years ago, they replaced our roof, and we were completely satisfied with their work. They gave us a fair price, and did a great job.

  This crew arrived at 7:30 am got to work immediately. They had our roof done by 12:30pm! Looks perfect, left no mess behind and were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. If you need a roof call Deluca Roofing! Maryann and Bob were fantastic to deal with!   At first, I’d like to thank Deluca Roofing for an amazing job on my roof. They are an amazing company to work with. They helped me out with planning everything I needed to have the roof done the way I asked for everyone was courteous and the job was that excellent and I would highly recommend them.

  Recently had my 30 year old roof replaced by Deluca Roofing - They did an excellent job replacing everything down to the original boards- used ice & water shield - installed Duration shingles and even replaced our old roof vent fan. Price was very reasonable. For many years I have worked managing home improvement contractors and crews. This crew was top notch! They worked together seamlessly, completed the work quickly and cleaned up completely. Thank You DeLuca Roofing!

  Great company! We had a roof replacement done by DeLuca Roofing several years ago and we could not be happier. Everything from the bidding process to the installation went better then we could have asked for. Maryann helped us through the process until installation and Justin kept us posted during the actual install. We have and will continue to recommend DeLuca to family and friends.

  Top notch service from start to finish. I would recommend DeLuca Roofing to anyone looking for professional service done right. MaryAnn was so helpful with walking me through every step in the process, helping pick out shingles and also helping me with my claim. She thoroughly explained everything and they were priced perfectly. They were on-time and worked safely and diligently, Justin was super helpful and answered any and all questions that I had.   I had a wonderful experience with DeLuca Roofing today. I had a large piece of fascia from behind the gutter on the front of my home fall this week. A relative next door just so happened to see DeLuca Roofing working at another neighbor's home this morning, and he spoke to them to ask if we could get an estimate. They not only came to our residence this morning, but also put the fascia back into place very efficiently. We are so appreciative of their willingness and efficiency. I will be keeping this business name on hand for any future needs and recommending to others.
