  Horrible customer service. They never answer their phone and might call you back 2 - 3 days after leaving a message. I've been struggling with them for the past week with getting an estimate. I think I'll take my business elsewhere as it's quite obvious they don't value their customers or potential customers.

  This used to be a good company. Not any longer in my case. I used them previously (years ago) and was satisfied. Called (3) times. Spoke to Dan's wife twice - she promised Dan Jr. would call me. Never did. Called and left a third message asking them to call back - they apparently aren't interested in my business.

  Had a new roof installed by them in 2018, noticed a leak at the chimney coming through the ceiling in 2019. Called to have them come out and fix it. They finally came and caulked around the chimney and said that should take of it. It didn’t solve the problem, finally got them to come out again they caulked some more, still didn’t fix the problem. They were here three times with no remedy. They told me it was probably my brick work on the chimney. I had my chimney inspected, and was told the brick was fine. Finally I called another well known company to come out and look at it. They said the flashing around the chimney wasn’t done properly and it looked like they just tried to fix it with caulk. The new company redid the flashing and shingles around the chimney which cost me $1,000. Dan’s Roofing doesn’t stand behind their warranty.

  Dans roofing did a complete take off and replaced. Said they replaced 3 boards. Never seen them take boards up. Also left nails every and roofing debris. Called and complained. They sent them back out only to hear them talking trash about us as I was on back deck and they didn’t know I was there. Anyway we’re getting gutters today . So the gutter guy showed us the inside of gutters. Filled with nails and roofing debris. I have pictures. I’m worried now that my roof wasn’t done good. Yes your fast but the quality of your workers suck. Will never use Dans again or refer you to anyone. Thank you unhappy customer

  Not sure of their work, couldn't even get that far. My mom asked them on a Monday for somebody to come loot at a leak in her roof. The lady she spoke with was very nice and sympathetic to my mom's situation and said somebody would show up on Tuesday. No phone calls, no house visits, nothing. I called and left a message Tuesday night (maybe somewhat harsh but it was right to the point). Dan's Roofing called my mom on Wednesday morning to tell her that somebody would be out. It is now 1pm on Wednesday and nothing. I get supply and demand, good weather vs bad and resources can be restrained during certain times, but all we are asking is for a phone call. If you can't make it fine, I respect that and we will find other alternatives. But not showing any initiative at all is really quite something.

  Horrible. Roofed my mothers house. This is what she has said, Dan's gave a 10 year warranty on their work and gave me 25 year warrantied shingles. 9 years in the shingles started falling off. They came over, rehung the shingles and said there was a recall on them. We followed the recall process with Certainteed and learned that our shingles were not under that recall, but they tested them anyway and said there was nothing wrong with adhesive on them. I gave Dan's Roofing all of that information and they ignored me for the short amount of time still left on their 10 year warranty. Stupid me tries to give people the benefit of the doubt so I just called each time another shingle fell, then eventually starting asking my son to rehang them. He did roofing with his dad and Career Center for about 5 years. He informed me that each if those shingles he rehung were never installed correctly. They pull right out of the nails and wont adhere to the roof because they weren't nailed in the right place if the shingle. Frustrating to realize being the nice guy means you'll get nothing in return.

  Recently replaced our showroom roof that has seen better days to say the least, we were very impressed by how quickly and cleanly the job was performed and are so pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend!

  After some miscommunication, they came out and had the new roof done in one day. There was some property damage - bent tree and there were ruts left in the yard. There were nails and staples all over the yard. We had a storm go through and discovered the roof leaked around the furnace intake pipe. Dan himself came out and fixed the roof where it was leaking (new seal around the pipe), brought top soil and grass seed to fix the ruts. He swept the yard and driveway again with the magnet to get the nails and staples. He fixed what needed to be fixed. Satisfied customers here. The roof looks great too!

  The estimate was decent but they take FOREVER to get back with you. Be prepared to wait.

  Great price, courteous employees and 1 day installation. They accidentally damaged 2 downspouts, and replaced them before they were done. Looks so nice that my neighbor asked for their card. Only installer to give an 8 year warranty on installation. Great clean up and they covered windows to prevent damage, I just can't say enough.

  Fantastic Job! Complete tear-off, clean-up and install. Started after I left to do something. COMPLETELY done and gone before I got home around 3pm. I never even saw the crew that day, before or after. Very fast and an excellent job at a good price. Highly Recommend!

  We had Dan's Roofing replace our barn roof in May 2015 and are very satisfied. They had all the work done in less than 4 hours. Will have them replace our garage roof in 2017.
