very bad work on my neighbor's roof, she contacted the manager of the company more than two times and is still waiting, when they inspected it seems that everything was fine and as the days go by well I see this, she complained that water entered his room and I started to check the ceiling, I do not recommend this company.

Family owned company that treats you like family. Anita answers the phone and is always so cheerful and helpful every time I call. She is always so prompt with responses and quick to supply answers to my queries. I met her husband Dan who came out to my house just a couple days after I requested and then had someone fixing my roof for a fair price. Dealing with this company has been a pleasure. They are honest and fair. My HOA has retained them to replace all the roofs on our condos too.

DR Martineau installed a complete set of gutters over every inch of my roof, and also installed a special additional gutter outlet to relieve some drainage issues on a lanai roof. Always receive honest estimates and final bills. I highly recommend them.

After hurricane Ian I had some minor cement siding damage. It’s hard enough to find companies that do concrete siding repair, but the first response I got from other companies is that we will not come out for less than 5K. I did not have that much siding damage. I contacted D.R. Martineau, they came out right away with no minimum disclaimer, and did not charge for the estimate. I also had some ridge cap damage on the roof and some gutter damage. They stayed in touch. When they came out, they were able to complete all the work in one day. The whole crew was great, they all talked to me about what was happening, and did the work with care. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, they will be the first I contact. I found them on the BBB site. Prior to contacting D.R. Martineau, I first contacted a roofing and gutter company owned by someone I personally knew and played volleyball with. One of his guys came out and did a drone fly over for me and also for my neighbor. I couldn’t ever get that guy to contact me again. Any attempts to even get an estimate failed. They had done great work for me in the past. I gave up. I mention this, because this is how hard it was to get work done after the hurricane. Part of the dilemma was my refusal to work with anyone not local. I’m glad I stuck to my guns on this. I know people who used out of town companies that did half jobs and left.

This review is a long time coming for the great job D.R. Martineau Construction did on our flat roof replacement on the beach. We live up north, and Frank was great to work with, sending us pictures and updates from start to finish. We had water damage and rot, and they repaired and fixed all issues. We chose to go with a TPO roof, and because of the quality of workmanship, this is a 35+ year roof. I’ve had a few other trade contractors over to work on the house and they all comment on the roof. Excellent job D.R. Martineau Construction!! **** Post Ian Hurricane, the roof basically saved my home. Thank you
