  Should have listened to my gut, Austin is terrible at his job and rude to boot

  Shingle job acceptable. Damage to gutters was brought to owner of companies attention and discussed at length. A month has gone by and still awaiting to hear back from Ben, the owner, on how the issue of damaged gutters will be resolved.

  one of the reasons I reached out to this company was the 5 rating. Unfortunately, my experience was not a 5. A person by the name of Tucker, I believe was his name, reached out to me about taking a look at my project at 10:30. This was for my daughters house, so I had to take time out of my day to meet him there. To make a long story short. I was there, waited for 15 minutes past 10:30, sent a text. No response. No call, no text, no show. Bad example of business.

  Ryan has helped me on 2 different siding jobs and he is great! He tells me what needs to be done and what is not necessary which I really appreciate so I have full confidence in the work being done. He checks up on work before and after and he isn't happy until we're happy. I recommend him to all of my friends who have siding issues! He is currently blowing out my gutter and deck after a job which is just next level customer service!

  Needing some wood sighting replaced especially on the chimney. Ryan and his team were very quick and provided excellent communication throughout the process. They respected our property and made sure to work around our schedule

  We needed some James Hardy siding replaced as well as some gutter work. The guys at CSF did a great job matching everything and it looks great. Add to that their great communication and customer service and it was a wonderful experience all around. Highly recommend.
