  Do not contract with Crown! We paid $24K for a siding job - Travis stopped communicating and never did the work. I don't understand how anyone can do business this way and sleep at night. It's shameful and I feel bad for all of the other homeowners, vendors and distributors getting screwed by this guy.

  Took our money and never did the job. Having to sue him to get our money back, but he has completely disappeared (did not show up to the scheduled court date). DO NOT give him your business.

  My husband and I needed the windows and two sliding mg glass doors replaced in our home. We met with with a representative (Colton) in February 2024. While we were looking at other businesses, we greatly appreciated Colton’s knowledge. We also wanted to support a local business, and we were impressed that they did their own work rather than hire contractors. In the end, we decided to go with Crown Exteriors. We asked about the timeline, and we were told that once they measured and placed the window order, we would have windows by mid-May at the latest. We received a text letting us know that the windows showed up May 2nd, and Colton told us that they’d schedule us after their carpenter caught up on a few things. After that, any communication was initiated by me. I reached out on 5/22/24, 1/19/24, and 8/5/24. Colton responded each time, but it was unnerving to have to reach out so often because we weren’t given any updates. Finally, at the end of August 2024, I received a call from Colton asking if we wanted the windows installed the next day (8/29). Because we’d waited so long, we agreed. The next day, contractors showed up, which upset us because we had hoped to have someone on staff do the installation. The install went as smoothly as it could go, and it took about three days. However, two days after the windows were installed we noticed some issues. First, they installed our doors the wrong way, flipping the handle from the right to the left side of the door. Thats minor, but we were confused as to why they’d make the change. Next, the sliding glass doors accumulated water at the bottom. Outside water accumulation makes sense, but there shouldn’t have been water on the inside. Lastly, a couple windows wouldn’t open, and we couldn’t figure out why. We contacted Colton, and he said he’d need to circle back to the contractors to look at it. This response was given on September 9th. Since then, we’ve called Colton (who let us know he didn’t work there anymore and

  Unprofessional. Nobody showed up to my scheduled apt. Had to go there in person to reschedule my apt since nobody would answer the phone. Took Colton a week and half to get back with me on a quote.

  Filled out a quote request and they called and confirmed the next day! A week later no response so I called and they said it would be really soon. Two weeks later, nothing. Wasted valuable time. Had to go elsewhere.

  This company is Great! They have done several projects for us. New windows, fixed some siding and just did a major repair in our basement after some water damage. They also did a major roof reconstruction and interior repair for my In-Laws. Dillon, Joe, Blake, Dakota and Cole are the guys I have interacted with, and every single time, they have been friendly and professional. They stay in communication and show up when they’re supposed to and they do great work. When I have something that needs fixed that I am unable to do, I call these guys.

  Colton with Crown gave us a estimate on our roof and gutter replacement. His communication was top notch. We had a couple hiccups with the installation and Colton was all over it to make it right in a timely fashion. Customer satisfaction was his goal and he gained a new customer in us.

  As a property manager. I've worked with Crown on several projects and have had zero issues. They are quick to respond to initial requests for estimates, do quality work, and always follow up. I highly recommend them!

  These guys were great! I needed a new back porch on my house as the one I had was falling in. I received a good price compared to a few quotes from competitors. They stayed on top of communication very well and got the project done quickly. They have definitely earned my business again in the future. Highly recommend!

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I can't say enough good things about the overall experience we had from the initial discussion, to the build, and completion of the project. Great communicators, and quite knowledgeable with working with insurance and through the entire build. We had a roof replaced and gabled patio covering for a back deck put in at the same time. Any time any issue came up, we talked through it and found a great solution. If there was going to be any delay, which were minimal, expectations were met around timing, and our expectations were generally exceeded. We made a few changes along the way, and the guys were all quite accommodating, and they were happy to make adjustments to get us the end product that we wanted. The price was quite fair and the quality of the work was excellent. Our property was well respected during the build, and we've already had people stopping by the house to ask us about the work, stating they also want it done. There were components of the overall project that I wanted to take on myself (ceiling, stain, surrounding deck, etc) and they were very happy to pause the work at my request, so I could do any steps I needed to do. We loved our experience, and these guys are very professional. I look forward to working with them in the future, and I highly recommend Crown Exteriors.   We worked closely with Jake and Dillon to have our roof replaced and solar installed. Excellent, clear, and consistent communication. Prompt service. A breath of fresh air after our previous nightmare experience with another company. We’d recommend Crown to anybody.

  Crown was fantastic to work with after our roof and gutters were damaged by hail. Travis was honest and detailed with the quote and the entire process was phenomenal from start to finish. I think they also have one of the best roofing crews around. These guys cleaned the whole yard and we literally couldn’t find one roofing nail in the yard or landscaping when the job was done. Use these guys! Keep your money with a local company and support Crown Exteriors and Construction.

  Great service. We were closing on house and needed some work done ASAP and the president personally made sure to have everything done which he did with plenty of time to spare!! Give them a call!!
