Ghosted by Mike. After going through the quote process, choosing our shingle color, and being told “I’ll work on getting you scheduled.” we were ghosted instead.

  Reply from the business

Kamie. I am so sorry you feel ghosted. I dropped the sample boards off on your porch. I do have a text from you selecting a color, however the proposal is still pending in my system and was never accepted/signed off on in order to proceed. I hope I didn’t miss something? Please let me know how I can help to clear this up.

We love working with Cover Pro Roofing! They aren't afraid of custom materials and challenges, with an eye to the more artistic roofing products (while always keeping performance in the forefront). They installed a gorgeous faux slate roof on a project of ours and the clients are so happy. You can tell Mike spent years as a General Contractor before going into roofing; he has excellent command of a range of related building trades.

Mike was super responsive & had someone come to my house soon after we connected. The job was small (some minor shingle repair) so it was quick & inexpensive. My biggest concern was needing a new roof (a huge expense I would rather not have to deal with right now), but Mike reassured me my roof still had some life in it. He definitely could have said differently & made a sale! I’m so appreciative of his honesty & fair assessment.

This is a high quality company that does great work. They have a good variety of products and options to choose and their crew is second to none as they do the job right and get it done quickly as well. I spent a little extra for the pro series shingle and it is well worth it for a better looking and more durable product.
