installation looks good, overpriced IMO but installation was part of solar panels installation with another company. When I asked to add an extra vent for the bathroom fan, they wanted 500 more for the installation. this takes 20 min to install. I said no way ill do it myself after roof is installed

We had a great experience with Convert Roofing, especially when it came to their customer service. Although we ultimately decided to cancel our home wrapping project, Convert Roofing was extremely responsive, understanding, and professional throughout the process. They completely refunded our deposit without any issues, which we truly appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with a company that stands behind its customers and handles situations with integrity and respect. We would definitely recommend Convert Roofing to anyone looking for a company that values good customer service.

*Beware of financing options* When I financed my roof with the lender Credit Human in November 2025, I was unaware that the type of loan I qualified for, UCC Secured, would place a lien on the title of my property until the loan is paid in full. I recently attempted to refinance my home for a lower rate and was unable do so because a UCC secured loan is classified as lien. If I would have known this was the case, I would have secured financing from another lender and paid the balance in full for the project. Unfortunately, the high quality of work has been overshadowed by a negative financing experience revelation.

Convert Roofing provided an outstanding experience for my mom and dad, who are both veterans. From the very first interaction, their team demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine respect. They took the time to thoroughly explain the entire roofing process in a way that was easy to understand. Every question my parents had was answered with care and clarity. The scheduling was smooth and efficient, with no unnecessary delays. Their crew arrived on time and was ready to work immediately. The level of organization and coordination on site was impressive. They treated my parents’ home with the utmost respect throughout the entire project. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, as they made sure the area was kept neat each day. The quality of their workmanship truly stood out from start to finish. It was evident that they take pride in delivering top-tier results. The materials used were high quality and built to last. They paid close attention to detail, ensuring everything was done correctly the first time. Communication remained consistent and transparent throughout the entire job. My parents never felt left in the dark at any point. The team even showed genuine appreciation for my parents’ military service, which meant a lot to our family. Even before being made aware that they were veterans the care received was still exceptional! That level of respect and acknowledgment did not go unnoticed. They went above and beyond to make sure my parents felt comfortable and valued. The final result exceeded all expectations and looks absolutely amazing. The new roof has given my parents peace of mind and a renewed sense of pride in their home. Pricing was phenomenal, especially considering the exceptional quality of work provided. There were no hidden fees or surprises, which we truly appreciated. They actually helped us in a major way and didn’t charge nearly what the project would cost elsewhere! We did several quotes before going with Convert and we were truly impre

I only reason for 4 stars review is not being able to speak with the roofers in English. But when there was a issue Devin did respond and made things right. I would recommend them for their follow up on problems that may happen. Thanks Devin.

Convert Roofing is a totally professional company. They use quality materials and the work ethic is top notch. The clean up during and after my roof install was excellent. The communication is outstanding talking with managers like Ray or Devin or the site supervisors Isaac and Maria are the best. You cannot wrong with Convert Roofing.

We were originally connected with Convert because we were looking for a solar installer and ended up using the roofing side of Convert to install a new roof prior to the solar install. They were awesome. The project manager was very communicative; we had mixed weather leading up to the install date but Convert made sure to check in regarding the rain and made sure we knew what was going on. They also were able to relocate some plumbing vents which allowed us to get extra solar capacity in the best position. They cleaned up nicely when finished and the roof looks great. Pretty easy transaction all around and the prices were competitive with the other quotes we had sourced. Thanks Convert!

I had a new roof installed Jan 2025 and it was an incredibly smooth process. The roof install was quick and when I later sold the home, it was viewed favorably by the home inspector.

The Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code governs all residential roof installations to ensure long term structural integrity. Code requirements dictate specific underlayment materials and precise fastening patterns based on regional wind zones. Failing to meet VUSBC standards can lead to structural vulnerabilities and future homeowners insurance complications. We execute every roofing project in full compliance with current state and local regulations.Aug 3, 2026Learn more
