  Definitely would not recommend - had roof replaced by company. Estimator (Seth) would not recommend color for shingles although requested advisement multiple times. He also missed putting in work order the fascia on front of house (porch) that is missing and needed to be replaced, believed that was included in scope of work but was told otherwise after completion of work. I now have to schedule someone else to execute the work and pay for out of pocket since insurance company has already paid for claim. Project Manager (AJ) left long wire from satellite that was removed hanging on side of house - stated anyone can remove so why didn't they do so when completing service? Didn't even call to advise that was there and what it was. That should be a common courtesy, doesn't make any sense to leave hanging and having an eye sore on property. There was no communication once roof replacement was completed, didn't even check if was a satisfied customer. They just have terrible customer service, will not be using again.

Fascia on Front Porch: According to the signed agreement, the fascia replacement was included and was completed per the documented scope of work. If there’s a specific area of concern, we’d be glad to review it with you during the final inspection. Satellite Cable: On the morning of your call, our team had already returned to remove the black satellite cable. We apologize for not notifying you sooner — that communication should have happened promptly, and we understand how that may have caused confusion. Final Inspection & Follow-Up: Your project is not yet fully closed out, as we have not completed our final inspection. Part of that process includes checking on all punch list items and ensuring your satisfaction. We still plan to complete that step and encourage you to allow us the opportunity to walk the property with you and address any remaining issues.   I’ve had seven companies come out to give me quotes to repair my gutters. These clowns came out and tried to convince me that i should pay them TRIPLE the rate of what everyone else was charging. If you’re spending someone else’s money, maybe this is the company for you, otherwise: run.

  Don’t even try to get a quote if you live an hour away from Louisville. The guy called me in advance of my appointment, which is fine. He kept repeating that he had to be back to the shop by around 5 to drop off the truck and my appointment was at 3. I explained that I had a leak in the roof that was only 5 years old and it was coming from somewhere around the dormers. I informed him that my insurance said they wouldn’t cover it because they thought it was wind driven rain that caused the leak. I told him I wanted someone to show me proof of where the leak was originating from and an estimate to complete repairs including having new flashing added. He said maybe I needed a technician to come instead of a salesperson. Personally, I don’t need someone to “sell me” on fixing my roof. I need someone who can tell me what the problem is and how much it is to fix it. He went on to say how they primarily focus on commercial roofing but he would still give me a quote. Clearly he was not wanting to drive the hour it would take to get here and an hour back. Once he even said, “let me pull up the house on Google and I may be able to give you a quote from that.” Really? Did you not hear anything I said???? I guess repairs don’t make them enough money to be worth their while.

  Not sure what kind of work they do, but if the actions of their employees driving unit 79 (blue f250) are a judgment of quality and craftsmanship, I wouldn't let these clowns on my property! November 7th 2024 at 11:15am on Route 3 in Rushville Indiana. Two employees in aforementioned unit 79 wreaking havoc by erratic driving, riding the brakes and obviously lost all the while on the phone shuffling paperwork and displaying a total disregard for public safety and the blatantly flaunting the state phone/operation laws. Not to mention backing up traffic on an impassible County road. These two shouldn't be allowed to ride a bicycle unsupervised

  Had a roof leak that lead to water damage in an upstairs bedroom. After the first repair water damage returned. I called and they wanted to charge for the same problem within 12 months. Let them fix it again and the damage returned a third time.

  Gary Ferrigno with Commonwealth was awesome. He inspected and documented our damage, helped with the insurance filing, and got our new roof installed without a hitch. Great company!

  I always do my duediligence before making a major purchase, and a roof is a major purchase. I had already had lined up a company to do a layover new roof, when I decided to get one more estimate. Seth Culbertson from Commonwealth Roofing showed up on my doorstep and said Mr. Shea, let me see what I can do for you. Not only did he beat the competitor by several thousand dollars, but it included a tearoff of my old roof. I was able to get a superion dimensional shingle and was still able to save big time money. Seth Culbertson was kind and polite. Absolutely zero sales pressure. In a world where customer service is all but gone, it was nice to see a company that still supplies it. Your not going to go wrong with Commonwealth roofing.

  Colin Masters is a wonderful, honest, fair and patient roofing consultant. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. A.J., the job manager, and his crew did a GREAT job! His crew worked extremely hard and it was done during the extreme heat wave we had. The clean-up after the job was finished was fast and timely. They were very quick with their follow-up to make sure that we were satisfied and if anything was needed. I highly recommend using Commonwealth Roofing!
