CRI is a great company to work with. They were very communicative and always came when they promised. Our roof looks great. It was an extensive 16,000 sf job they did which included crickets, scupper installations and downspouts. It was a pleasure dealing with Kelly and Ed.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Commercial Roofing Industries on a full roof replacement project at Nova Gardens, a 120-unit condominium community. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. The project was completed on schedule and with minimal disruption to our residents. The crew maintained a clean and safe worksite throughout, and communication was consistent and transparent every step of the way. The quality of workmanship was outstanding—we couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. We highly recommend Commercial Roofing Industries to any property or community in need of roofing services. Their commitment to excellence truly sets them apart.

Our two storey condominium recently had it's entire roof replaced , along with added features that we did not have before. Confidently going into the Hurricane season is reassuring with this accomplishment. Thanks to Commercial Roofing Industries led by Mr O'brien. Professional and detailed. He was an asset at our meetings to informing and answering questions from the unit owners prior to project start, and his willingness to do so played a major role in answering residents fears etc. The project was finished on time and under budget and we were regularly updated throughout the 3 weeks with photographs and progress. We now have a roof that is better than the original that was constructed in 1972 !

CRI Roofing did close to 200,000 sf of roofing for us after Hurricane Ian. These were hot asphalt reroofs. CRI was amazing, they were professional, they were timely and they did a fantastic job. They communicated with the tenants well and were always on target. I would highly recommend them!

Kelly and his team at CRI did an absolute fantastic job with our re-roof and gutter project in Deerfield Beach. We are beyond happy with the products, project oversight, and attention to details. I would recommend them for any reroof and gutter work.

I own a unit in Plantation Racquet Club wherein they have done 2 out of the 4 buildings in our complex back in March/April of 2022 (will be doing the other two at a later date), and they are by far the best venders we have had on this property in decades! Their professionalism, work ethic and quality are second to none! If you need your roof done, shop no further!

Thank you for kind words. At CRI, we work hard to lessen the impact of our work on residents and neighbors. The built-up roof with tapered insulation is a great application for condominium and commercial buildings. We hope you enjoy your new roof!
