I shopped around with just about dozen companies and this angels came did a very complex roof replacement, they were so nice they even brought us coffee one morning we didn’t have a kitchen, they did my next door neighbor and she couldn’t be happier. If there was more then 5 stars was going to rate. Quick efficient and affordable, no brainer especially when they came the cheapest.

Is your roof aging, leaking, or showing signs of wear? If it is over 15 years old, it may be time for a full roof replacement — especially in South Florida's High Velocity Hurricane Zone where code compliance is not optional. At Cole Roofing Services, we don't just install roofs — we design them. Every replacement starts with a full evaluation of your home's structure, wind zone, and Florida Building Code requirements. We match the correct roofing system to your property before a single shingle, tile, or panel is installed. We handle everything: full permitting management, engineering coordination, inspection scheduling, and structured installation using documented checklists and quality controls. You receive clear timelines, honest pricing, and consistent communication at every stage. We install shingle, concrete and clay tile, standing seam metal, flat TPO, modified bitumen, and liquid applied roofing systems — all built to pass inspection the first time. Serving homeowners across Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Pembroke Pines, Weston, and all of Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. $0 down. 100% financing. 18-month deferred payments.
