  I never got the chance to hire these guys. I stopped during regular business hours, and though there were cars out front, it was locked. I tried the phone and it was out of order the first few tries. I tried again a while later and got a gentleman on the phone who apologized for their Comcast Cable phone that goes out all the time. He said he was there, and I asked to come by and discuss some things with him. I came in and began the conversation to explain a little background. He acted like I was wasting his time, cut me off, and wouldn't let me continue at about the 1 minute mark. I manage and own facebook pages... millions of followers and work with national and international media. I'm also partner in the largest solar installation company in the State. I had intentions to discuss new construction of an office complex in Naples and the roof as well as 17 rent houses and the conditions and maintenance with hurricane season coming up. He chased me out the door before I got there. So... he'll never get my business. You never know who you are talking to. There's another roofer who will be quite satisfied with plenty this season. It's not these guys.

  This guy is a scummy salesman. I kicked him out of my office. Interesting that he doesn't identify his company(s). Glad that he has "millions" of followers.... really? David, what is your company? How successful could you be by insulting a business you wanted to buy your services? Our office is frequently locked for the protection of me and my staff. We post on the door, "by appointment only." He represented that he was a customer, but what he wanted was for us to sell his product. David is a great example of the failure of online rating systems. He did and you will find me to be direct. I can ferret out a con in about 20 seconds. While I'm not calling him a con, I have no regrets for the fact that I am 1. An american, 2. I own my building and my business and his is private property, for which I have complete control of who enters onto my property or into my building. With few exceptions we have more repeat and referral work than we can always accommodate. We respect and serve our good customers.

  On July 26, 2014 after going out for a repair estimate we offered Ms Addison a proposal to re-roof her house. The roof was not repairable, and we decline to repair roofs that have conditions which are not conducive to a effective repair. In her case the area where she was having problems had been repaired poorly, sloppily and ineffectively by another person or company. Ms Addison implored us to do the repair. At the time our project manager conveyed my decision that we would not provide her with a quote for a repair nor did we want to do the repair for time and material, and that if we did it we could not warranty the repair because her underlayment was dried out and cracking. Ms Addition called our office 2 or 3 times and I, with 20 / 20 hindsight made the bad decision of agreeing to send out a repair team to repair her roof. We did the repair, and we never once had her say it leaked again. Ms Addition did however say that her neighbor got on the roof and the repair was sloppy. She sent pictures. Not being certain whether it was our work or the prior person / company who did the work I immediately said I was sending a crew to correct the cosmetic issues, and that I was not proud if that was how we left her job. Ms Addison refused to let us come back, but instead demand a full refund for the work. I explained to her as I have explained here, her roof needed replacement, we only provide the service after she literally pleaded for us to help her, and we fixed the leak. She continued her complaining and I was absolutely unwilling to return money for a job where we performed the task, and to be absolutely certain that we were honorable, offered to return to address any cosmetic concerns she or her neighbor would have. I agreed that while it is not in my best interests, to credit to her the cost of repair against the cost of a new roof. She said that she selected another contractor to do the work, and complained about our price. I hope that everything work

  ABSOLUTELY the best experience ever. Clark and his Team are professional, priced fairly and offer incredible work quality. They just finished putting a new roof on our home and the entire process was painless and perfect. They began work 2 days after we signed the contract and the entire job was finished (including inspections and final sign off by the county) in about 10 days. There was no waiting months for them to get around to our job. Since we have pets and children, we were worried about nail debris, as often happens after a new roof is put on. But, they took extreme care during the entire job and even vacuumed (with a Billy Goat) the yard to ensure no straggler nails were left behind. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH to Clark and his Team!

  This is a top notch company! Truly professional doing excellent work! I needed some roof repairs quickly and they came to my rescue and saved the day! Customer service is the best I've encountered from the first phone call to the follow up after the work was completed. I would use them again in a heart beat and highly recommend them!

  Have used Coconut Grove on several occasions for roof leaks. I can highly recommend their services....reliable, knowledgeable, and fair pricing.. I give them five stars!

  Let me just say the owner the staff were amazing they really helped me, especially after other companies wanted to estimate my roof in 48 hours then carry out repair on my leak. My wife, twins and my daughter along with me thank you very much for the quick and professional service. The pricing was upfront and came in less than we spoke about on the phone without even seeing the job. I would recommend this company to anyone and would use them again. Keep up the good work a breath of fresh air.
