Called to schedule roof repair estimate. First comment out of Coastilne Reps boasting mouth was "well we're not the cheapest roofer", like he knew how much the repair was going to be without doing an in person estimate and i was supposed to be impressed by his claim?!? I told Russel we cared about quality work and never asked about cost. He babbled on some more. He missed first scheduled appt due to some excuse. Texted him next morning and stated he would be on site that day and would give me clear eta at noon that same day. Never heard from him again. If it was an emergency then we still should have received another follow up call-- but NO. Doesn't have a clue about respect, accountability or professionalism. Too bad I even bothered calling Coastline-- reviews must be made up based off our experience that they can't even show for an estimate. Recommend staying away from Coastline Roofing! Received legit estimates from Afer, Chappal and WestFall Roofing. Recommend calling any of these 3 professional businesses.

After roof was dried in it rained that evening and the ceiling in daughter's closet caved in. Also, damaged to the ceiling in the master shower when they did the demolition. Also, ceiling in garage fell down because high winds and the soffit and fascia was not reinstalled. There are shingles lifting up which Josh refuses to repair until paid in full even though he was made aware before the job was complete..Left a mess blowing around in the yard and some of it hit one of the cars causing a scratch. Technicians hit a car in the driveway with their trailer and did thousands of dollars worth of damage. Hit and run!clean up was subpar there is still drywall mess everywhere. Nails throughout the yard causing several leaks in lawn mower tires.

I'll be sure to pass your kind words along to Mariel and Poncho—they worked hard in the Florida heat and will really appreciate the recognition. Thank you for choosing Coastline Roofing. Russell was extremely helpful and listened to my needs and concerns. The work was done in a very timely and orderly fashion. I’ve used other roofing companies and Coastline is far superior. Coastline did a great job re-roofing our home. Then serious flying debris from both Hurricanes Ian and later Milton damaged the shingles twice. Each time, company owner Josh sent out a skilled crew to do repairs. We are happy that our roof still looks brand new.

  Reply from the business

Even after the storm damage from Hurricanes Ian and Milton, we were glad we could get repairs completed quickly and keep your roof looking great. Long-term customer relationships and standing behind our work are extremely important to us, so we truly appreciate your continued trust in Coastline Roofing Company since your roof replacement back in 2017.
