I recently used Coastal Family Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience..! Joel and his crew were professional, punctual, and did exactly what they said they were going to do! They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completely removed my old shingle roof and installed a brand-new one all in a single day..! Not only was their workmanship and communication excellent, but their pricing was very competitive and affordable as well..! I highly recommend Coastal Family Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company..! Thank you, Joel!

I have been through 3 major hurricanes with lots of roof repairs done. The last company's work was bad, and started leaking 5 days after the warranty expired. Joel came over after a long day at work and told me all the things the other company should have done. I wish he could have done all the work over the last 20 years. He's legit and this is a legit posting.

Joel Higginbotham and Coatal Family Roofing were a pleasure to work with for my roof replacement. His communication is topnotch. He text/emails before each phase of the process and then follows up afterward. He responds to questions quickly, usually within an hour. He also coordinated closely with the contractor who remove/reinstalled my solar panels making the whole process efficiently done and stress free.

Joel came out the same day that i called about a leaking roof. He inspected both inside the house and the roof. He found the problem and repaired it at the same visit and then did not charge me. He was professional, polite and kind. He asked me to call back if i had anymore problems. I highly recommend him.
