Mitch the owner, is upfront and honest with you about what issues you are having. You can’t beat honesty and the price is great too. Any future leaks I would have, I will be having this company come and repair them, please give them a try.

We recently had an issue with the roof, we called Clear Lake Roofing and explained the problem to Mitch, the owner. Mitch asked us pertinent questions and scheduled a visit on an urgent basis the next day. He and his team did a thorough inspection of the roof and resolved the problem quickly. Mitch and his crew were very skilled and thorough, they clearly know the roofing business well and took care of the issue. Many thanks for addressing our problem quickly. I am happy to recommend Mitch and Clear Lake Roofing to all.

Wonderful, thorough and super knowledgeable! They were able to solve a mystery and fix a leak at my parents house and do the same thing at our house all within 2-3 days start to finish. No cutting corners! They use quality products and make sure they fix anything they find. Very affordable as well which surprised me. If you need anything done with your roof, do yourself a favor and call Mitch!! The best. 10/10

We had Clear Lake Area Roofing replace our shingles on our 2 story home. They used an excellent product called GAF Timberline. Mark’s crew arrived very early and didn’t waste any time. They were courteous, professional and did a fantastic job to ensure our satisfaction on the final result. Mark gave us a competitive price beating two other quotes and offers good warranty. Thank you Mark!

Mitch and his crew did an amazing job with repairing our roof. I wasn't ready to commit to a re-roof yet, but I wanted both honest assessments of how long our current roof can last and roughly how much a roof replacement would cost. I had a couple of other roofers check out our roof, and while they were able to identify parts of existing issues, it was clear that Mitch's 30+ years of experience outdone all of them with regards to the assessment and repair plan. Mitch's feedback encompassed all of the other roofer's assessment and more. As a new home owner, I had a lot of questions for him that I also asked other roofers. After cross-referencing what I learned during the quoting process from different roofers and later researching everything discussed, I became more confident about picking Mitch and his crew. One unique aspect I liked about Mitch's crew is that they are all trained to hand nail the shingles. Since Mitch has had the same crew for years, they all have peer-vetted workmanship quality that comes from years of hands-on experience. Other roofers tend to use nail guns which can be prone to sloppiness. The consensus online is that professional hand nailing is superior, and Mitch's crew gave that confidence to me. From receiving the repair quote to scheduling and getting the work done, Mitch and his crew were very professional. I got prompt updates about the repair timeline and when they finally came, they got the job done within the estimated duration. They also kept the worksite very clean, which I very much appreciated. With regards to the re-roof estimate, I can confirm that their price was very competitive and fair. The quote was also very comprehensive and demonstrated deep expertise in roofing. In a year or two, I'll definitely be reaching out to them again to reroof my home. I plan to have them be my go-to roofers moving forward.

CLAF wrote me a very reasonable bid to put a new roof on my house and garage. The workman came out and we're very professional. They completed the job to my satisfaction in only one day and cleaned up as well. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!
