  We spent $20k on our roof from this company and it was supposed to have a warranty. We've experienced leaks after the install and initially they addressed them promptly. They are under new ownership from what I gather and during the recent July4th rains another leak was revealed. We called them, a tech came out (Mike) and that was 6 weeks ago. I phoned the tech a week ago and haven't heard back. I will keep a posting of this situation as in some cases, some roofing companies have a tendency for no longevity or frequent ownership or name changes. I certainly hope this is not the case as they installed a good deal of flat roofing on our house.

I'm a bit confused about the situation--in our records I'm seeing we did the work the day after the contract was signed, we did send an updated invoice very promptly after the original one (I believe what the mixup was was that your contract was for below our typical minimum job size), and definitely appreciate you paying that promptly. In any event--apologies again, and I can assure you this is not a typical Clear Choice experience.

  Not sure why they chose to stand me up for an assessment today 1-11-2024 but I had to take a half day from work to meet with someone who never showed up. Thanks a lot, don't bother contacting.

  I had a very poor experience with Clear Choice Roofing. My husband and I put our condo on the market and during the process reached out to Clear Choice for an estimate on a very common roof repair (leak near the chimney). We were assigned a sales rep named Kevin. Kevin never returned my phone calls and told the potential buyer of our home that we needed a complete roof repair. It was clear he was after the “sale.” I would not trust this company nor will they earn any future business from my HOA.

  It's a roofer's market in Austin right now after the winter weather and hail we've had this year. Clear Choice will ghost you and not return calls if there's any doubt that your insurance company will pay out for a new roof. I get it, there's easier money to be made on clear cut total roof replacements. But they won't tell you that and will instead let you figure it out on your own. They were very helpful and responsive before it became clear that the insurance company was going to dispute their original assessment.

  Hey Michael, I'm Sorry if the sales rep didnt mention what your next step would be should you be denied. Im surprised that he missed counsoling you in that dirrection. This doesnt fall on def ears and I will advise my rep of this review. You will need to ask for an appriasal and a 3rd party umpire. We will meet with your insurance company and the umpire to assist you if you would like. If the insurance provider will not supply you with a umpire, you will need to reach out to your insurance agent and a law firm.

  My husband and I met James for the estimate. He was very nice and did complete and overall inspection of our roof. Very funny and down to earth no bull——! My husband had me call the other companies to cancel right after James left because he felt connection with him. Clear Choice was the only company to look at our roof. James took ownership of our roof by calling it his roof the whole time he was talking to us. That sold it!!!

  The owners are personable and professional. The employee that hung the gutters, introduced himself, did his job, then let my husband know he was finished. The gutters look great! They also checked our roof, and recommended some things that need done. Will use them again if the need ever arises.

  Mike and his team were fantastic. Mike was extremely responsive when the roof was leaking ensuring a temporary fix. He quickly provided options for a new roof.   Nailed the 3 F’s. Friendly, Fair and Fast. I wasn’t looking for a deal since you get what you pay for and I am not cutting corners on a roof of all things. But they were absolutely fair. The quality of work was top notch and the office does an excellent job of communicating. I couldn’t recommend Clear Choice enough and am more than satisfied.
