  In all of my years as an agent, property manager, home owner be president of my association I have never had the opportunity to work with such wonderful contractors. They are organized, cost effective, communicative about the whole process with any project, transparent and genuinely care about everything they touch. I have never been more impressed with a company’s dedication to do the job correctly and to be able to work with any community or job. I speak with the residents who want to make sure we understand they want them in our community! I know they are the best choice if I want to have reliable and quality work with competitive pricing. I truly believe our community has improved due to the care and work they have provided to us. We are all so grateful to Jason and Jacob and all the crew members !   I cannot say enough about this company. They put a new roof on my house, fixed some siding of mine and did a fantastic job! They were very affordable and completed the job in one day!

  We had Cincinnati Affordable Contracting fix our the soffit on our house after the wind had messed it up. They came out quick and fixed it so well and were well priced! I will use them again and again if I ever have any other things come up with my house!

  We recently used Cincinnati Affordable Contracting for a roofing job. Our experience with them, from start to finish, was exceptional. The initial inspection and bid were very comprehensive. Care was taken to examine our situation and fully explain the proposed job. And the price was very reasonable. The job itself took a day and a half. We were told what to expect: arrival times, duration of the work day, and what would be accomplished when. The crew was amazing: always respectful, friendly, conscientious, and very hard working! Care was taken to prevent damage to our house, bushes, even the tomato plants! At the conclusion of the project, every effort was made to leave our property in perfect shape. There was no debris left in sight, not a nail to be found anywhere. This is clearly a company that takes pride in a job well done! I am happy to recommend them to family, friends, and even strangers! You won’t be disappointed!
