  My family paid over $5,000.00 upfront for a new metal roof in September 2025 which was half the amount, and was supposed to be used to cover materials. The owner stated he would be back to start our roof in 2 weeks, and never showed back up. Two of his employees finally showed up around the end of October and removed our shingles, and never came back with supplies. We had no roof on our home for 6 weeks, and had to get someone else to finish the job. The owner of this business would not answer or return a single phone call to my father who reached out multiple times. He has done several people this way. Don’t waste your time or your money on this crook. It is August 2026 and he has still not reached out to make things right or give us a refund. No one should be left without a roof on their home in the fall/early winter for 6 weeks. I only gave one star so I could write this review. This business is a joke. Update: owner responded to this review and said they would contact us within 48 hrs to discuss refund. Over 4 months later still have not heard from them.

  *****PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY******* We paid over $9000 down payment for windows and siding in August 2025. Almost a year later, and the work has not been started!!! The owner, Mardy Roberts, has ignored every attempt we have made to communicate with him, including phone calls, text messages and emails. We went as far as sending certified mail and payment demand letters to no avail. At present, we have filed a complaint with the licensing board and are pursuing grand theft charges. PLEASE, do not do business with this company! I am trying to prevent other people from getting their money taken.

  We started our experience with Church Hill Roofing on 7/10/25 and gave them $3500.00. They kept saying they were going to do the job, but kept putting it off. It's 10/23/25. They have not ever shown back up. They also will not answer their phone. We left a message to give us our money back. Still waiting!

  It's been Three months since we gave them a $3500 deposit on a $7000 job. So far there has been no work performed and most recently no communication. They will not answer the phone, will not text or message back. Iam thinking they are out of business.

  Don't use this roofing business. Held our money from February 27 to the end of April 2025. Very unprofessional and hard to work with. Then showed up April 30 to install with non speaking English workers to install in the RAIN!!! Run!!!! Don't waste your money a real business has money and acts professional. A bank wouldn't lend for two months free.....this was a complete FRUAD After we stay we don't feel comfortable for install in rain and we want to part ways, owner says " you ain't getting your $5400 material deposit" so we have 3600 material and owner still 1900 of our money. Don't waste your time on these CROOKS

  I am very sorry that we couldn’t get your quote as quick as you would have liked. That does not mean we are not reliable. Mardy didn’t have a set time with you. He said he would be there shortly. However we have kids that depend on us to provide for them. So for you to leave a negative review when we didn’t do work for you. Is not ok. You asked for a quote. Mardy told you he would be down there shortly. A hour and a half later you started leaving reviews everywhere. Even though Mardy was on the way. Keep in mind he already had his appts set up for the day. He was just squeezing you in. On top of that on Sunday night you said that you had to pay off your HVAC before installing the roof. That it would be 2-4 months. Which is understandable. Then messaged back Tuesday morning saying I think I can go ahead and get it done. So I need a quote. So regardless if it was going to take 4 months or be done immediately. Mardy took time to discuss things with you. But you felt waiting a hour and a half for him to finish up the appts he had was too long. Keep in mind we live 45 mins away. Then you said you got upset that he didn’t call you. Even though he was finishing up with another customer. Was he supposed to tell that customer they weren’t as important as you? We did nothing wrong. On top of all this we did a repair for you months ago on a roof that you said another company messed up. You haven’t had 1 complaint since then. So we do quality work. Again our kids and employees depend on the work we get. So for you to leave a review over something as simple as he didn’t get to you within a few mins. It’s just not ok. Regardless I wish you luck in your project. Please quit leaving reviews that have nothing to do with the quality of our work. We wish you no ill will. We just don’t want reviews that are misleading. Again we didn’t have a set appt. Mardy couldn’t just tell the customer he was with that he had to go. We are a small company and do the best we can. Have a wonderful da

  I called Church Hill Roofing due to a leak on my Mom’s roof. I was absolutely surprised when they showed up same day, with. 2 hours. They diagnosed where the leak was and placed a tarp to cover the area. After inspection it was determined my Mom needed a new roof. They measured and gave us a quote that day and ordered the materials. Since it was winter, we had to wait until the weather was warm enough to shingle. Once the weather turned the installation crew were awesome and on-time every day until the job was completed. They were very fast, very courteous, and completed the project with quality construction. Would recommend them for your roofing needs.

  We have been very happy with Mardy and his crew. We have an existing home with a fairly new roof (installed before we moved here) and over the last two years we needed roofing on 3 separate additions. Mardy was quick to make proposals and very quick to work us into the schedule, did a very nice job tying the new roofs into the old, and matched the shingles so well that it's nearly impossible to tell they weren't all installed together. Very reasonably priced and he will definitely have our business in the future.

  I chose Church Hill Roofing because they we’re the most affordable to my budget. Let me tell you it end up being way more than that after the new roof was installed. Marty brought sample colors to my home to match the perfect color for my house A+ for that. His guys that did the install were so professional and worked till the job was complete. The clean up afterwards was perfect and made sure they got all the nails that were on the ground. The service I received from Church Hill Roofing was way above my expectations, they deserve way more than a 5 star here, I would absolutely gave them a 10+ ⭐️ Thank you so much Marty and Crew, you were fantastic.
