Driveway cracked by delivery truck. Reported issue immediately. An employee came to take pictures of the problem but no response from Charlotte Roofing. We had to find a cement contractor and pay for the repair. 6 months later someone followed up with our complaints about roofing on our screen porch. This was addressed immediately. In the meantime, invoices continued to be sent for repairs we had paid for. Poor communication all around.

Office personnel does not follow thru with mailing paperwork.I have been lied to at least three times. I have called and called getting no answer. I will never use charlotte roofing again nor will I recommend. It. The actual repairs were fine but office help leaves much to be desired.

Great working with David and this company. Highly recommend them. I didn’t feel like they were up charging me or pressuring me in to signing some yearly contract like other companies in the area did. Just addressed the area that needed repair. Great job.

Jacob came out and was very professional and helped me inspect the attic and then checked the roof. He was super helpful in explaining what he saw, and I’m grateful for his help. This company came highly recommended and I see why. Jacob was great!

Highly recommend this company. TJ and the whole team were incredible to work with. From the initial meeting with Tj through the end of the install, communication was constant. Roof looks great, and the crew did a fanatic job with clean up during and after installation.

Was very pleased with new roof. It was a VERY HOT day and felt sorry for workers but they did a great job. T. J. Explained all the options clearly and the work was completed efficiently and on schedule. I highly recommend Charlotte Roofing.
