CH Roofing & Construction

The only one or two-star review we hold for CH Roofing & Construction.

Update: We had another roofer come out and they confirmed that CH Roofing used temporary tape to "fix"/patch our roof. It wasn't even a professionally done patch like the emergency patch work we had done elsewhere in December. Absolutely unprofessional, AMATEUR work. No wonder it failed in less than 6 months. I don't want to be here writing this review, but the lack of customer service and extremely poor workmanship needs to be addressed. They came out to make a repair in September - less than 6 months ago. The same spot is already leaking again. Despite repeated calls and texts and being literally 1000 yards from our home working on another job, they refuse to come inspect their own work and make a repair stating that they "don't have any openings" and trying to send us to find another roofer. In spite of the invoice saying that the work is under warranty, they're now claiming that warranty only applies to new installations and not to repairs. Be aware that 1) their repair work won't even last a year and 2) their warranty language as written is vague enough to be misleading. Incredibly disappointing experience all around. We'll be sure to also let our realtors know so they remove you from their service provider list.

As a general contractor, I find it hard to recommend people but I would and do recommend Paden & CH everytime I can. Good people, honest and fair priced. Look no further Central Oregon for your roofing needs!!

Chris & Paden were a pleasure to work with. The bid was middle-of-the-road, just like I was looking for, but the quality of their work, attitudes, & reliability was top notch. They took care of some things that I didn't even know we …

Stop looking and just call Paden and Chris at C&H Roofing right now. These guys are the real deal. From start to finish, they were prompt, communicative, and reliable — they showed up when they said they would, worked hard every single day, and delivered an outstanding metal roof that we’re absolutely thrilled with. They handled every obstacle with grace, were super chill around our dogs, and made the whole process easy. Their quote was the lowest we received and they stuck to it without cutting corners. The craftsmanship speaks for itself — we’ve already had a ton of compliments from neighbors! Good, honest, local dudes who take pride in their work. We couldn’t recommend C&H more highly.

After taking 3 bids on our roof we chose C and H Roofing and Construction, Chris and Paden were able to get to our house in less than a week after we confirmed and were able to knock it out in 2 half days. We had been directed to C and H by a neighbor who has had them do some roofing, and a very nice attached awning over their very large patio and they did a nice clean job on that as well. We would (and probably will) work with them again on a couple of construction projects around our home.

I found this roofing company a most reliable and compassionate group I could ever envision to do my roofing job. I mention compassion for the fact that Paden took my deliema to heart, being patient at my trying to get a loan and avoiding an upcoming default on my home insurance because of a needy roof. I applaud these guys as a very recommendable company. Thank you Paden!!!

We needed to replace our 25-year-old roof. Paden and Chris did an excellent job. What impressed us was the great communication from the time we first made contact with CH Roofing and Construction. Paden is friendly and helpful. They were able to work with our budget and still went above and beyond to install a beautiful roof. We received regular updates leading up to the work to install our new roof. We highly recommend CH Roofing and Construction. It has been a year since our new roof was installed. Paden and Chris have continued to be helpful and responsive. We highly recommend them. Thank you for taking the time to stop by to look at the roof vent.

CH Roofing and Construction Company is by far one of the most Honest companies we have dealt with here in Central Oregon. They went well above our expectations in replacing our roof. The cleanliness removing old roof and picking up from new roof was exceptional. They even took down and replaced our heat tape. Would recommend them and use them again.

I have had several roofs done in the past, but never have I had a crew of roofers do this good of a job. The level of professionalism and dedication they bring to a job is unmatched. We have a standard comp roof with a standing seam metal porch and they both turned out incredible. Everyone that comes out comments on how beautiful the roof is and how perfect it looks. Top notch work for a more than fair price. I've already recommended them to a friend and they did just as good of a job on their roof too. Consistent quality really says something about how good they are. Masters of their craft. Will do business with them again for sure.

CH Roofing and Construction went above and beyond. They put up pigeon guards on top of our roof. They suggested having vents that you can't see and work better. They had to work with another company to remove the solar panels on our home. It went off without a hitch. Just so happy with how this all went. They cleaned up after their job very well. They did the job when they said they would. Their price quote was what we ended up paying them. I can't imagine a better experience. If you want the job to just go right and not have a lot of issues, you should be contacting these guys!

C&H Roofing was easy to work with, communicated well, did exactly what they said they would do, and the work was done well. Highly recommended.

Yes, we would hire Chris and Paden of CH Roofing and Construction for any roofing project. We were home owners set to do our own roof, several days into tearing off our roof Paden stopped by and provided very helpful advice. After a few …

I asked a builder friend for an honest, hard-working, quality roofing reference. He sent me directly to CH Roofing and I'm glad he did. These guys are great. They do the work themselves and care about every detail. They left the jobsite clean every single day. My new roof looks fantastic! It's my pleasure to recommend CH Roofing!
