  Luke was a complete jerk and never responded after they messed up our gutters

  Worst roofing company Ive ever used. They seem nice but their workers used the bathroom in my yard and even left beer cans in the bushes!! Will never recommend.

  Hi Adam, What you’re describing is completely opposite of what we expect from anyone on a Bill Ragan Roofing crew, many of whom have been with us for well over a decade. We always have a supervisor on site and complete a walkthrough at the end of every job to ensure the property is left clean and respectful, so this review does not match our standards or normal operations. We’ve searched our system and aren’t able to find any record of a project under your name or details that match this situation, which makes it difficult for us to investigate.   I submitted to get a quote online. Never received a call. I then called. Gave the lady all of the information. She said oh we don’t service anyone an hour away. Springfield is 45 minutes to armory drive.

  I called to schedule a roof estimate and was told someone else would contact me about scheduling. Weeks went by so I called again, once again was told someone else would follow up to schedule. Finally, days later, someone calls me and says they can come the next day. We asked them to provide an estimate for two leaks, and an estimate to replace the entire roof. The estimator didn't provide any estimate for the leaks, but did incorrectly diagnose the problems causing the leaks (other companies were able to find the actual problem). We were then told we'd receive an emailed estimate for the new roof in a few days. Two weeks went by, no estimate. I called them again and asked for the estimate. The girl that answered the phone said she would talk with the estimator and get back to me. That was over a week ago. I'm not sure how this company has good reviews. They are the only roofing company that didn't provide an estimate right on the spot after the initial inspection. We've decided to replace our entire roof, and I'm happy to pay someone with competent customer service to do it.

  Bill Ragan was the most professional, personal , prompt roofer ever. He made house calls, went out of his way to work with my insurance company, and made time to make personal calls at the end of a long work day to take care of immediate repairs to my roof. He’s the “Fun Roofer” noted on the sign in my front yard. His roofing teams and gutter teams are prompt and professional too. Nan Russell

  We were concerned to see discoloration on our ceiling and realized we had a roof leak. A Bill Ragan Roofing advisor came out to look at the roof, both from above and from the attic. He took photos, and most importantly took the time to explain the damage and what was required to fix it. He explained our options, the cost and expected life of each, and that Bill Ragan Roofing would do the job right in order to make this the last roof we’ll need to put on our house. They also worked with us to get the best result possible from our insurance company, who wanted to downplay and not cover the damage. The job itself only took a day and a half, and the friendliness and skill of the crew doing to work was evident through the job. The finished roof was both beautiful and solid, quality workmanship, We couldn’t be happier with the results. Roofs can be expensive to fix and difficult to negotiate with insurance. Get peace of mind from a job done right with Bill Ragan Roofing.

  Bill Ragan Roofing is one awesome company. From the initial meeting to the final clean up they performed flawlessly. The roofing consultant was extremely knowledgeable and honest, all the crew was extremely polite, the work was done in 1 1/2 days and the clean up was immaculate. Was it the cheapest price? Probably not, but to me the quality of the work was worth maybe a little more. I would strongly recommend Bill Ragan Roofing to anyone who is looking for a roof replacement! Thanks so much!

  From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience. Their work ethic is second to none. They took incredible pride in their work and didn’t stop until every detail was done right. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and eased any nerves I had about installing a skylight. That level of professionalism made the whole process stress free. The craftsmanship is fantastic, and knowing the work is backed by a lifetime warranty gives me even more confidence that I made the right choice.   I had an outstanding experience with Bill Ragan Roofing. I interviewed a few companies and chose this one because of its long history and outstanding reputation, and I was not disappointed. My sales person Luke Miller was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and made the entire process so easy. Bill Ragan himself is always happy to serve as a resource and answer questions if needed, and makes himself available to each and every customer. The company’s commitment to quality and a highly personal customer experience shines through In every interaction. My new roof is beautiful and exactly what I hoped for.   10s across the board! I chose Bill Ragan Roofing because I wanted peace of mind and I have it. I trust the craftsmanship of my new roof and it was completed so quickly. Bill himself was onsite and is not only an expert but is just the nicest man. When the crew left, it looked like they were never there except for their fabulous work. They tarped the entire front of the house to protect my plant beds and communication was genuine, transparent and respectful from start to finish. I also needed some new decking but they only replaced what was absolutely necessary. Luke Miller was a great partner as Roofing Advisor and Servando and his crew did excellent work. Thank you!

  Extremely professional and honest company. Katie was wonderful to deal with to set up my appointment. John was outstanding in coming to our house, doing a quick analysis and giving me the facts. Thankfully we did not need a new roof and John was up front about that - no attempt to upsell me or make me think we needed something we didn't. My consultation was free and John even gave me some helpful thoughts on what my issue was even though it wasn't my roof (thankfully). I highly recommend going with Bill Ragan - they are professional and have integrity!

  Bill Ragan Roofing did an absolutely amazing job on my roof and with competitive pricing. They gave me ample time to choose my roof color and were accommodating with my questions and requests. Very pleased with the outcome, my husband and I love our new roof! They were very quick as well, starting and finishing in about a day. Highly recommend and very trustworthy people! Luke was my rep and he helped me through the whole process. If you’re looking for a new roofing company, look no further!
