Can’t recommend this company and their work or their customer service. We had them come out to fix a leak in our roof back in September 2024 as well as some cleaning. Contract was signed with a 4 year warranty on their service provided. Initial fix didn’t resolve the issue of our leaking roof. Contacted them and they came out again. They spend about 10 more minutes on the roof to ‘fix’ the leak again. Next rain storm came and the leak was still there. We tried to contact them several times after that and they ghosted us. No follow up, no follow through with their warranty and our money was wasted, as we had to get a new roofer to handle this leak appropriately. Will never do business with them again and contacted BBB to file a complaint due to breach of warranty.

We used them to clean a cedar roof and replace a few shingles. It took them about 3-4 hours. They use a low pressure spray so as not to damage the shingles. The workers were professional and the roof looks quite a bit younger. I was glad to have found a company that specializes in cedar roofs who knows what they are doing.

Cedar Roof's repair, soft wash and sealing will extend the life of my roof 20 years and it looks beautiful. And it increases the value of my property. I highly recommend this company.

They have performed maintenance/repair on my roof twice. Scheduling is tough, but once they commit, expect an excellent job. They removed all the moss/biological growth and replaced lots of shingles. It looks as good as new! My roof is 20 years old.

They did a great job! It would have cost me 70-80K to replace the roof. Now by paying only a few thousand bucks, the roof can last another decade. Thanks to Joseph and his team. They are very professional. They stick to original price, no …

I am so glad that Joseph found my roof in need of repair and got in contact with me. His team was professional and careful not to damage any of our plantings. I cannot believe the difference in the roof, our house looks so much better and their cleaning really brought out the warmth in the wood. Highly recommend their services.
