  I would not recommend doing business with BCI. Not only was Kevin the Salesperson condescending and rude... but when I asked for some initial clarifications on their proposal he acted put out. …

  With reviews people can write their opinion and version from only one perspective. It is true we declined the work after discussing the project with the owner. We decided we were not the right fit for the job. BCI would rather complete projects within our scope of work, than cause a possible problem situation for the customer.

  Responded quick and was friendly, but never received my estimate. Emailed them to ask when I would receive it, was told today. It's now 5 days later and I have not heard anything.

  Extremely disappointed. They put in white windows with black dividers instead of white dividers which made our windows looks like a prison cell and told us it would be another $2000 to fix it.

  Kevin was back today to look at siding and roof. Very professional, told and showed us exactly what he saw. The team will be back in a few weeks to replace the roof and gutters. He is a real professional, no pressure answered all our questions and made recommendations. The best! Kevin S came to our new home due to a water leak around a vent. He inspected the roof, replaced the vent and caulked it properly as well one of the sun tunnels. Then he repaired a ding in our front gutter by a delivery vehicle! Outstanding service, very professional and extremely knowledgeable- thanks for all the assistance. Highly recommended

  Kevin is a stand-up guy, does great work, and is incredibly easy to work with. Our appointment was steady to make, he was on-time and professional, and most of all his profound competence is matched by his kindness. Ill always use BCI Exteriors when necessary, and will tell everyone I can to do the same. Coudnt recommend more!l

  BCI Exteriors did excellent work on our house which got a new roof with a 2 layer tear off, plus nine additional soffit vents. All of our work was completed in about a one week time span by about eight different workers. The old roof removal and new roof installation was done by a 5 person crew over 2.5 days. Our new roof works well and it looks great. We also plan to use BCI Exteriors for some work on our gutters in the near future. We highly recommend BCI Exteriors.

  They did are house from roof to siding and gutters and work was top notch and great quality and they did the work like they were doing for there own house and very prompt and cleaned up great everyday and Brian and Kurt deserve a raise

  Recently had BCI replace my garage roof, very professional, through, fast and clean work. Was so impressed I had them come back a few months later and had them install more attic isulation and had them retro-foam insulation to an upstairs bedroom. Quality work, affordable and very satisfied. I would highly recommend!!

  We have used BCI for 2 roofs, one flat and one front porch. Both were done excellently and have withstood the test of time and weather. They gave us a solid quote and met it without further changes, which was nice. Definitely a good service, good value for money.

  I cannot thank their team enough for the honest work they do. If you are looking for true, down to earth, honest and humble workers that will come out and recheck their work IF problems arise, this is the company for your gutter needs. I have worked with many contractors for my home and these guys do it right. They admit fault when something arises, and quickly springs into action to fix it. Thank you BCI Exteriors!
