  First they were late to my place to look at a job, making me late for an appointment and have to reschesule. After they looked at the house, I waited a week and when no quote arrived, I called. Over the next week I called 3 times, spoke with the receptionist twice who said she would have the guy call me. They gave me his phone number, but the voicemail was full. We waited some more. Then we stopped trying and went with a different contractor.

  I got several quotes for roof, gutters and gutter guards. I have a complex roof including a section with rubber roofing that needed replacement. Over the Top not only did great job. Project manager was on site to assure the job got done right. Cleanup was superb. And now the difference in a good company and a great company, there were a few minor things that I needed done, the follow up was excellent. I highly recommend Over the Top roofing for all your roofing and gutter needs.

  Rick’s team built my house on Okauchee lake. He did a great job start to finish. Rick the owner personally gets involved, and his attention to detail was second to none. A friend of ours that I had referred, had their roof done by Over The Top Roofing and he was also extremely pleased with the company. Call Rick for anything you need, he can do it all.

  Over the course of five months, I have been trying to get the company to complete two projects. Sent signed statement of work documents back in August and September of 2022 on two separate jobs, with 50% of payment included. I have not been successful in getting Over The Top Roofing to put me on the schedule to complete the projects. Per conversation with Nikki, one of the jobs would be completed in December, but after that initial call, she's gone MIA. Unprofessional in communication and poor planning by the scheduler. Update: the company worked with me and kept me updated on timing of when the work would be completed once winter months passed. I updated my 1 star to a 4 star as the work was done well and the communication (which was the initial issue) improved greatly.

  We are very happy with the quality of workmanship on our new roof. We were impressed with the care they took during clean up. When cleaning up, they took a significant amount of extra time in the dog kennel with the magnets looking for stray nails. We understand roofing is a messy job and no clean up is perfect, but they absolutely made every effort to do their best. We appreciate the effort.

  Over the Top did any excellent job repairing our roof after squirls got in. They did the job quickly and cut no coners. Very professional and I would recommend for other roofing jobs.

  Ben showed up on time for our quote. He explained everything, answered my questions and had samples of different options for gutter guards. We received the quote and immediately knew we wanted to go with Over the Top Roofing and Construction. We based this on the promptness of both Ben and the quote. The material for the gutters and guards was the best we had seen. We paid the down-payment and were told we would be contacted by the scheduler. However, the next day it rained almost every day for the next 2 weeks. We were told they would finish the projects before us and set a date. Within a few days the "gutter team" arrived and took down our old gutters and put in our gutters and guards. The color matched perfectly, they were the larger size we requested and all the downspouts were the right length for our landscape. Best experience ever. We would recommend them Highly. The first rain after the installation showed the gutters could not take the heavy rains without any overpour or leaks!

  This by far has been the best team I have worked with in the last 2 years. We have done a lot of projects in our house and Over the Top showed up when they said they would, they gave us very fair pricing, they cleaned up really well and had lots of great ideas and input. Our finished project looks great and really finishes the space. I wish we could have found Rick and his team sooner to do all of our projects. It feels good to find a contractor who does what they say they are going to do and does it right the first time!

  Ben the Sales representative was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. The crew did a great job with the repairs and new gutter installation. I would of given them 5 stars but they need to improve on their cleanup after removal of the old gutters. I found 10 old gutter brackets and a handful of screws in the lawn, patio, driveway, and flower bed surrounding the house. I was most concerned about the screws which can end up in lawn tractor or car tires. Other than that a i'm overall pleased.

  this is a terrific company and I would highly recommend! My previous roofer laid shingles incorrectly on a portion of my lower roof resulting in major ceiling leak. It took multiple attempts by OTR to figure it out, but they stuck with it - the storms we had 8/7-8/8 - kitchen & NEW ceiling are completely dry!
