  They are terrible organization. I signed a contract with them and paid a deposit, however on the day the work was scheduled to start the contractors never showed up. It took me several hours to get in contact with someone from the office. They rescheduled the work for a couple days later. However, the work was never done as contractors never showed up. I contacted the owner of the business and asked for a refund of my money as they breached our contract. I have not received a refund and the owner and the office are now avoiding my calls.

  The owner Paulino came out to give a roof quote. The initial interaction was fine. After the initial visit, it was all empty promises. A date was agreed upon for Paulino to pick up the deposit, that was missed, rescheduled, and missed again. I had to reach out numerous times to ask when we were going to get started, each time I was given a date and then it was ignored. I value my time and I don't have patience for this kind of behavior. Invest your time elsewhere.

  Hired swift to check structural integrity of porch deck and replace. They put new porch membrane on 7/20/21 and said it was good. I paid them $2,830.19 and thought everything was fine. Opened walls inside to repair water damage in 4/22 and found entire roof frame rotted out and collapsing. They had put the new porch deck on framing that was completely rotted and gone from years of water damage. Porch deck which was regularly used was only held up by windows in sunroom below. The contractor I hired to repair the water damage needed to replace the framing to prevent the roof from collapsing. In order to do that he needed to remove the siding and gutters. Contacted swift as soon as the damage was found. Asked for no monetary reparations, only for them to reinstall the siding and gutters to prevent further financial loss. 6/25/22 the owner said they would do it. They never showed up and stopped answering my calls. 11/22 I contacted their secretary and told them I was going to pursue legal recourse. The owner was then very rude and aggressive saying he is going to do the work the following week. I agreed to give them another chance. They did not show again. The first week of 2023 I called saying I was going to file for the arbitration. They then showed up and installed siding but no gutters. When I called about it they said they would be back the week of 1/23/23. They still have not been back. Despite the faulty work that could have left someone seriously injured I have given them multiple chances to make things right. However they have continually proven to be a disreputable company. The owner stated multiple times that he didn’t do the work his guys did so it’s not his fault. It is clear they are more concerned about profit than doing the right thing as the owners excuse for not making the repairs was that they had big jobs that came in that did not leave them time to do the work he said they would do.

  Sorry you feel this way and your claim is untrue. We were never hired to check structural integrity of your porch as we are not a inspection company of carpentry. We are a roofing company. We had gotten hired to do the roof on this porch. Jacob was 100% satisfied with our work when we completed the project. Almost a year later, he called her office very rudely speaking to our secretary threatening if we didn’t get a call back that he would come into the office and create trouble. I Paulino called him to discuss his concerns. He asked us to do the siding on his porch for free. I refuse to in the beginning, but I did have some leftover siding from a job that match the color. I then sent over my Repair team to install the siding and he was still not satisfied as he wanted to add Gutters for free. Then, at the very end, he threatened me with legal action if I didn’t return his full payment after all the work we have done. Jacob is a person that wanted to take advantage of us as a company to get work done for free. This is not the first time we had dealt with this type of customer. We stand behind our work, and we are always looking out for the well-being of our customers whether we are right or wrong, we want to work everything out and do the right thing. Some people in this world, like to take a vantage of others, and do not care if it damages someone else. Jacob I hope you are doing well and God bless you.

  Swift roofing damaged my property while working on a neighbors home. I called them multiple times and have not received more than a promise to look at the damage. It might be they do good work, but their refusal to tend to damages to my property has been disappointing and costly.

  As your claim is not true we did not do work for you, you are not a customer of ours. I Paulino personally gave you a call and went and looked at what your concern was. There was no damage to any of your concrete. If there was damage, I’m sure you would’ve uploaded a picture. Mine and my company’s reputation is really known within our community and everyone knows we are always willing to do the right thing.

  Had some shingles get torn off our roof with a recent wind storm and these guys were out within 48 hours and not only replaced the missing shingles but also glued down some others that were slightly loose. Their price was very reasonable.

  Called Swift Exteriors for a quote on our garage roof. They were able to come out the next day and gave us a reasonable price. Excellent communication and very professional! They told us they would start at 8 a.m. and would be finished by noon. They were in and out of there in that time and had everything cleaned up as well. Thank you Swift Exteriors!

  5 YEARS LATER follow-up (2026): Now the OTHER side of our roof had shingles blow off and then it started to leak. Swift cam by and patched it all up in an hour! We do need a new roof but this will keep us dry till we replace it. 💛 ORIGINAL POST (2020): We found our flat roof was leaking so we called numerous businesses to come out and take a look. None of them showed up... I called Swift Roofing and someone came out right away. The first person to come out was honest— he let us know that he was not as knowledgeable with flat roofs as the owner. Paulino came out and told us what needed to be done. He even cleaned out our gutter in freezing cold and wet weather. Within a week we had a new roof. They were her working the day before Christmas!!! It has been a dream come true for us. No more leaky walls and roof. The company is down to earth, honest, fast and fair. We love the work they have done so much that we asked them to also fix our garage door. Once you find a business like this there is no reason to spend energy looking anywhere else. Followup: Another great job! Our garage entrance door is secure now and can't be broken into with a light push. Dare I say goodbye to all the mice in the garage now? We're so happy!

  **Excellent Service and Stress-Free Experience!** We had an amazing experience with Swift Roofing when they replaced our roof and gutters. From start to finish, they made the entire process incredibly easy. They worked directly with our insurance company, even meeting with the insurance appraiser, which saved us so much hassle.   Swift Roofing did a spectacular job our house. They replaced our roof, they did our soffit, wrapped our fascia and window trims with black aluminum. They are courteous and professional. They have an amazing team.
