  Aggressive cold call tactics. Several days in a row. Refuse to from list than get mad when you tell them as such. 0/5 is possible for disgusting sales tactics.

  I worked with some kid named Jacob. Totally inexperienced . Had to constantly call to find out were we were in the process. No updates on anything. I eventually got ghosted by this individual. Three thumbs down 👎🏻 👎🏻 👎🏻 Would never recommend !!! …

  This company has very poor communication. They tell clients one thing and then go back on their word. I had siding installed recently. Very early on in the project I contacted a representative of the company to let him know what the sub contractor was doing was wrong and it needed to be corrected. I sent pictures and talked with him on the phone. I was assured the issue would be rectified. Later that night when I arrived home from work, the siders were still working and my issue had not been addressed. I again contacted a representative of the company, expressing my concern. I was again assured it would be corrected even if they had to come back to do so. Fast forward 2 days... I am now told to fix the issue I pointed out extremely early on, I would be charged an extra $10K. This is unacceptable. This company lies to their clients and does not stand by their word. Be ware of the out right fraud of this company.

  Just use a different company. There overpriced and they do a terrible job. Left a hole in my roof and just shingled over it, wrecked my chimney, took my TV antenna shingles not laid straight. Just terrible, salesperson was nice and responsive, customer service department is horrible. Took 2 months and a BBB complaint to finally get them pay for chimney repairs, hole in my roof fixed, and TV antenna replaced. Not to mention you can't schedule an install day, they just show up no heads up at all.

  We had our roof and siding done by them. Roof is good and was done in a day. Siding took over a week to be done (1000 square ft ranch), and was left with obvious errors and defects. After 6 months of telling myself it was "good enough" I finally decided to call for repairs. Nobody showed up on the scheduled repair date, and after about 10 days of phone and email tag a crew came while we were out of town, which we asked them not to do. They did some repairs, but not all. I would like this to be corrected, but at this point I'm exhausted with it and giving up..

  After a hail storm AmeriPro made the process of a roof replacement very seamless for me. Michael Meloy was my AmeriPro representative and he was great at answering all my questions and communicating as needed. The work was done quickly and looks great! The team also cleaned up well afterwards.

  Michael Meloy came to our house to check for hail damage. We contacted our insurance company and they met here with Michael and inspected the roof and was determined there was damage. Ameripro did the tear off and reroof, done in one day and clean up was very good. I would recommend Michael and Ameripro

  Ameripro did an excellent job on my roof and made the experience, from initial quote to completed roof stress free. Mark Rustebakke handled every step of the process from filing the initial claim, meeting with the adjusters, working through a challenging area on my roof and reviewing the job when complete professionally and in a timely fashion with excellent follow up. Thank you Mark!! The roofing crew showed up when they said they would, were easy and pleasant to work with, did a beautiful job on my roof and the most thorough clean up I've ever had when having work done on a home.
