  I paid a significant amount of money to have Elite Exteriors replace my porch and a side fence. The project was fraught with problems from the beginning. The quote wasn’t followed - a 10x10 beam was replaced with a 6x6, the wrap around those beams was smaller than the quoted size, and the diamond pier footings that were to sit beneath them were replaced with a few bags of concrete. The initial construction portion went so poorly that after a week of work, the project manager agreed that everything should be pulled off my house and restarted. The “complete” project (when I was reminded about the second half of the bill) included newel posts that hung over the side of the porch, gutters that (yes, really) ran across the ground on my neighbor’s driveway, and the metal wrap around my windows being cut open and dented. My siding was also damaged, and rather than telling me about it, someone plugged the hole and used a composite material to reattach the broken piece. It looks sloppy, and I was left to discover this surprise on my own. The side fence was installed in an equally careless manner, with portions of it being uneven and showing large gaps. The photos I’ve included cover a few of the more questionable things I was left to discover after the crews left. While most of the problems were eventually fixed, I do not believe that this kind of work remotely justifies a $19,400 price tag. I do not recommend working with Elite Exteriors unless you have the ability (and patience) to babysit the crews that show up.

  We do not want to go into a lot of details, but we will say that this review is not 100% truthful and is at the very least misleading. It is true that we had a few items to fix during this project. The project definitely could have gone smoother (that is for sure), but the final finished porch looks great. It just too us too long to get to that point. This we absolutely admit! Since the project completed I had a couple honest, polite conversations with the customer. He has always been very professional and polite. He did offer if we paid him $5,770 that he would feel better about the project and remove the review. Elite Exteriors declined that offer. We stand behind our work 100%. I told the customer that his warranty is 100% intact and if there was ever an issue or concern, we would take care of it. We work very hard to make every customer happy!! We wish this customer and their family the best of luck in the future both personally and professionally. God Bless!

  In one property did siding, left terminated boarded windows exposed and when I asked him why it is not sided, he said that they did not know what to do with it. Then I asked why he did not call me and he said: " why would we call you for every LITTLE thing", another half of the siding left undone "because it is not a siding" and charge additional for that. In other building he did a roof which leaked in one spot and while roof is still under warranty did not return the call. They do not offer pictures of their work but do demand payment, so only God knows what they do there. Did not start on time either, few months later however stated that delay was due to Coivid, whatever it was I do not trust a single word of Ryan's. Strongly do NOT recommend Ryan and Elite Exteriors LLC.

  Just not a truthful review. We may make mistakes (everyone does). We are not perfect. But we always return calls. We never ignore anyone. I'm not sure how to comment on the remainder of the review because I have no idea what they are referring too. If this customer (if they are a real customer) calls the office we will make sure everything is perfect.

  We never personally used this business so I cannot comment on their work but they did do a large project on our next door neighbors and were incredibly unprofessional and rude. They repeatedly made us move our cars at random times …

  Tori, we are very sorry that our employee(s) were not polite to you. Respect for everyone is something we not only expect, but demand from our employees. If possible plese give our office a call so we can inquire to what job this was so the appropriate crew/employees can be disciplined/terminated. Again, we are very sorry if someone from our company was not polite to you. Completely unacceptable.

  The person who came out to do the estimate was rude and hardly answered the questions we posed. We thought he was going to measure the gutters for an estimate but he drove off without a word. If the job was too small or he was not interested, it would have been polite to let us know.

  We believe that this person may have mistaken us with another company. We do not do gutter only jobs. We do roofs, windows, siding, and decks. We just do gutter jobs when it is part of a bigger project. We also do not see this person in our calendar and all meetings would be logged. Not a big deal. We hope this person got her gutters done and wish her and her family the best of luck in the future both personally and professionally.

  Came and quoted job quickly, I signed quote, they didn't show because rain. Said they'd come again, never showed. Said they'd come next day, didn't show again. Now won't respond.

  Made an appointment for an estimate, they never showed. The guy even called back soon after the initial call to ask to reschedule for an earlier time to better fit his schedule. Never came.

  Issues with communication. Did not install Ridge vent over garage. Did not replace any sheathing like we asked because "it looked fine" even though the bottom is rotted and the whole reason we did the roof in the first place. Shingles look good.

  I was amazed at the quick response and resolution to my roof problem. Karl came out within a day, reviewed the problem and offered a course of action. Great crew one day, done. 8:30am - 6:00pm everything clean. I scoured the perimeter for nails, the second day, I found 2 nails under a down spout at the back of the house. I am very happy with Elite Exteriors, and GAF. Thank you for a great job! 👏

  We had a great experience with Elite Exteriors. Project one - they re-sided our house after hail damage. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great ideas and a very fair quote. The crew was efficient yet thorough. They worked very well as a team. As with any project, there was one unexpected repair that was needed. Elite made sure that repair was done at their expense and the repair was done with expertise. Project two - a roof at our cottage. Karl communicated with us multiple times to coordinate this project and ensure all plans were accurate. This crew was also very efficient and the contractors working next door even commented that they worked like a well-oiled machine. Both projects were completed quickly, yet with high quality craftsmanship. Elite was great to work with for both projects. We have recommended them to multiple neighbors and friends.

  Elite Exteriors did two jobs for us, and I can't say enough good things about them. The first was a residing job on our house. First off, they were very reasonably priced. The team at Elite was awesome — Ryan walked us through the whole process, answered all our questions, and was a huge help during the planning stages. Jeremie was our project manager and kept us in the loop on everything. Whenever we had questions, he was quick to get answers and help us out. We even ran into a couple of unexpected issues along the way, and Jeremie was on top of those too. The crew, led by Rudy, did a great job — professional and a well-oiled machine. They completed the job in just 2.5 days, and our house looks wonderful. The second job was a re-roof on our cottage, which came out of a conversation with Ryan. Even though the cottage wasn't in their immediate service area, Elite gave us a proposal that was right in our price range. The team, led by Jake, Manuel, and Eric, was awesome — efficient and professional, and they finished the job in one day. Our neighbor's contractor was watching the crew work and even commented on how efficient they were. The roof looks great. I'd highly recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone.

  Overall great job by Elite Exteriors. They're not pushy when it comes to quotes. They're honest and stand by their work. They installed new siding, soffit, facia and gutters on our home. Definitely would recommend and would use them in the future.

  We’ve now had the exteriors of two homes renovated by Elite Exteriors LLC. Ryan is fantastic with communication and making sure deadlines are adhered to and questions are answered . The onsite crews are unbelievably efficient with their time, have positive attitudes while working and the workmanship is absolutely top notch. They also do a really nice job of cleanup when the work is complete. Our second experience with Elite was in northern Wisconsin this year(2026) with the heaviest amount of snow the area has seen in years. The crew worked through the inconvenience as if it was just another day despite working in literal feet of snow and ice. We’d happily hire this company again. Thanks Elite!

  We had a really great experience working with Elite Exteriors. From the start, Ryan stood out—he was incredibly thorough and took the time to walk me through exactly what they were planning to do with the siding on our house. That level of communication made a big difference and gave me a lot of confidence in the process. We had been dealing with water getting in behind our vinyl siding, which was a major concern. Ryan and the team not only identified the issue but properly patched and fixed it so we don’t have to worry about it anymore. It’s clear they take pride in doing the job right. Overall, they were honest, quick, and extremely easy to work with. I really appreciated how straightforward everything felt from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing exterior work done.

They provided expert advice on which materials would offer the best durability and aesthetic for our home, which we really appreciated.   I have used Elite Exteriors for my home and rental properties. They have excellent communication and great pricing. My entire subdivision has had their roofs or siding done by them without a single issue. I can't recommend enough.

  After comparing several bids from different contractors, I ultimately decided to work with Elite exteriors. I was thoroughly impressed with the service they provided. My home required a complete tear-down and replacement of all siding using JamesHardie products. They also replaced all my gutters and downspouts and covered all my soffits and fascia boards with aluminum clap. I met with Ryan, the owner, a few times before making my final decision. His team, led by Ramos, was able to complete the job in just a few days. They worked efficiently and effectively, ensuring that everything was done to the highest standards. There were a few minor issues that needed follow-up, but Ryan took care of them promptly before the final payment was released. Never pressure for payment. I highly recommend Elite to anyone considering similar work. I have no hesitation recommending this company, and I will definitely be reaching out to them for my next roof job.
