  Ok to start with I had all ready got u a price for free of charge I may add then u waited longer then my 15 days for the free estimate to run out to make a decision and I’ve Ben so busy trying to work on jobs and projects that people have all ready Ben on the list to get done that I didn’t have time to get back to u I figured u would just go with someone else anyway long story short I’m tired of having to get on here and defend my self to people that I have never worked for are people I’m just to busy working to come out and give u a free estimate at the time u are wanting it remember it’s a free service offers to u by my company doesn’t cost u a dime so I c no need for you and all these people trying to get on here and ruining a persons name if u look at all my reviews it always someone like u crying about something I do for free and u can also look and all the others that I have actually done work for are very pleased with my work so thank u very much for your kind review

  I had contacted them by email on Aug. 31 that I needed a quote asap because my siding had started to leak water into our walls. He responded that he would get someone out. He did not respond to my email asking him to let me know what day and time. Heard nothing more out of him. Fast forward to Wed. Sept. 16, I received a call from CCR, asking if I still needed help with our siding. I said YES! She told me that someone can come out the next day after 6:30pm. I said that's fine. Next day, the guy never showed up, no phone call, no nothing. Nightfall came and I said screw these people! These people are a joke and I know now that I will never want their business. I understand that contractors are busy but DO NOT call potential customers and say someone will be there just to stand people up. What a way to piss people off!

  I’m sorry u had a bad experience with us but let me clarify just a little since this COVID thing we’ve Ben getting blown up with calls emails and text it’s Ben hard for us to keep up we have made some changes and hopefully it works out a little better for us again sorry for your experience

  Provided quote to install siding for the entire house and then just stopped responding completely. Wasted weeks of my time.

  Anthony and CCR did the shingles on my home last year and they did an incredible job. Was a tough job with some weird valleys but they pulled it off perfectly. They also did a great job on the guttering and fascia. Will call them again next time.

  Called to get a peice of siding repaired that the wind had caught. Some woman answered and said she would reach out to the owner and would call me back, never heard anything back. At least a call back to say they couldn't do it would have been nice.

  We had this company rebuild steps . They finished the work in a timely manner and communicated with us throughout the process. Did a nice job and and completely cleaned up after the project was finished. Will definitely use their services again.

  Good communication, with a fast time to come out and measure gutters to provide estimate. Gave three different options, without pressure to go for most expensive one. Very pleased with service.

  I called first thing in the morning because I noticed water coming in below our window and thought we needed them to be fixed or replaced. Anthony came by about 3 hours later that same day to check it out and give us an estimate. Fortunately (or unfortunately) the window wasn't a problem but Anthony was nice enough to walk me through what I needed to do to fix our water issue. I hope we don't have future issues, but I know who I would call if we do.

  Excellent service and a professional experience with CCR. They were very knowledgable and gave great advice on how to fix out gutter issues and their quote was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend.

  Never got a return call ! up Date 4/12 Anthony came to my house and looked at the problem and omittedly knew what was wrong! waiting on a Quote and the Date he can do the job.Will up date later when he does the work

  CCR Home Improvements did excellent work for me cleaning and readjusting my gutters as well as installing gutter covers. The price was fair, the communication was very good, the workmanship exactly what I expected, and I felt very comfortable that Anthony will stand by his work in case we have any issue requiring follow-up. You should consider them for your next project.
